"Arrived on site for under leaking under crisper drawer. Upon arrival, proceeded to replace RC evaporator cover and found clog in drip pan. Steamed out clog. Spoke with LC and stated to check extension to see if the exit damper on the extension tube is blocked. If its not blocked, seal exit with permagum and make sure there is no gapping at the insert of the tube. Attempted to pull unit out and found left side wheel is broken. Picture attached. Ordering W11769880 roller and 212643 permagum. Next tech to also change defrost mode to Basic. No water leaks detected at this time. No parts replaced. "Arrived on for door not closing properly. Upon arrival, found heat escaping top left corner when heating. Proceeded to replace W11568813 hinge and W11568941 hinge. Tested unit and now unit is functioning as designed."

"Arrived to 2710 for unit not cooling. Upon arrival, found compressor trying to start but cuts off on overload. Compressor was hot to the touch. All other mechanical components are running. For this model, there are no diagnostics so will need to wait about 10 minutes for all systems to activate. Unit needs sealed system repair. R600. "Arrived to unit 2222 for door lock issue. Upon arrival, checked error codes and found F0E2 oversuds, F5E2 lock failure and F5E3 unlock failure. Proceeded to inspect door latch and found harness severed from the connector. This is a manufacturing defect. Suspecting when crimping the wire to the connector, it was crimped too hard. Photo attached. Ordering W11755727 lower harness and W11578225 drain pump. Weighing call for 2 hours. No parts replaced. No water leaks detected at this time. Office to reschedule.
