"WRX735SDHZ10 Arrived on site for unit shutting on and off. Upon arrival, customer mentioned the unit will randomly display PO power outage and happened on few occasions. Called tech line and spoke with Jeremy SR# 7739819722 and advised to replace evaporator fan motor and ice box motor. Suspects a DC short on either one of the components. Ordering W11529245 ice box motor. No water leaks detected at this time. Customer agreed to reschedule Sept 6th. ; ordrng 1 W11529245 (Ice box motor)"

"WRS321SDHZ08 Arrived on site for unit making grinding noise. Upon arrival, found fan motor not running and making a humming noise. Proceeded to disassemble evaporator cover and found frost buildup causing fan blade to hit ice (photo attached). Found source of ice build up and it was coming from ice maker fill tube. Added extension sleeve in fill tube and re tested on multiple occasions. Unit is now functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time. No parts replaced"
