Arrived on site for unit not shutting off. Upon arrival performed vent test and found Poor Airflow when vent is installed. Without vent shows Good Airflow. Continued to test on Normal cycle without vent and unit will not shut off. Proceeded to replace W11789530 control and still same issue. Potential vent restriction caused one of the sensors to fail. Ordering WP8577274 housing thermistor, W11050897 cut off kit and W11783725 heater duct thermistor. Office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 WP8577274 (Housing thermistor) and 1 W11783725 (Heater duct thermistor) and 1 W11050897 (Cut off kit)

Arrived on site to replace previously ordered parts. Upon arrival, contractors arrived at the same time to install water line. After water line was replaced, proceeded to replace W11683480 control and W11613564 console. Also found latch not engaging on the strike. Proceeded to replace WPW10653840 latch. Tested unit and now unit is functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time.

Arrived to 6208 for unit not spinning. Upon arrival checked error codes and found F2E1 stuck key and F7E1 basket speed fault. Cleared codes. Checked underneath unit and found 0MFD to the capacitor. Proceeded to replace W11614512 capacitor. Tested unit and now unit is functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time

Arrived to 2705 for console dent and bezel scratches. Upon arrival proceeded to replace W11335274 console and W11217547 bezels (5). Before and after photos taken

Arrived to 1707 to replace previously ordered parts. Upon arrival left parts with Salih. Salih agreed to replace parts due to unit being turned over by ownership. LW10904379 FC door, LW10912075 RC door and W11223753 nameplate.

Arrived to unit 809 for RC door dent. Upon arrival found model number engineer code is incorrect. Advised Salih the One Stop dispatch is very specific to the model and serial number and cannot proceed with repair. Advised to generate a One Stop dispatch with the correct model and serial number

Arrived on site to replace previously ordered parts. Upon arrival proceeded to replace W11758336 bracket and W11758337 housing. Tested unit and now unit is functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time

Arrived on site for unit not powering on. Upon arrival confirmed correct voltage to the junction box . Proceeded to inspect control and immediately unit turned on. Upon closer inspection found small amounts of moisture near the vent gasket. Potential moisture compromising control board. Proceeded to replace W11649995 vent. Tested unit and now unit is functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time
