"WTW5010LW0 Arrived on site for unit, not finishing cycle. Upon arrival, proceeded to check error codes and found F5E4 lid not opened between cycles. Cleared code. Ran diagnostics and found unit not spinning. Proceeded to inspect underneath unit and found capacitor detached from the mount. Attempted to mount back capacitor and sound screw free spinning (picture attached). In addition, found severed harness to the capacitor ( picture attached). Ordering gearcase in case to mount screw back on the mount. Ordering W11643701 lower harness and W11164183 gearcase. No water leaks detected at this time. Office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W11643701 (Lower harness) and 1 W11164183 (Gearcase)"

"WED560LHW2 Arrived on site for unit displaying ERR code. Upon arrival, confirmed issue when trying to start a cycle. Proceeded to replace W11551763 switch. Tested unit and now Unit is functioning as designed."

"WTW4816FW3 Arrived on site for unit, not powering on. Upon arrival, confirmed 120V entering the board. Proceeded to replace W11603810 control. Tested unit and now unit is functioning as designed. Ran diagnostics and passed with no issues. No water leaks detected at this time."

"WTW4850HW3 Arrived on site for a unit, leaking water. Upon arrival, found to damp floor near back of the unit. Inspected error codes and found F8E3 overflow condition. Continue to inspect pressure hose and found no kinks or restrictions. Inlet water valves we're good also. Suspecting a failure on the pressure sensor meter on the board. Ordering W11607637 control. No water leaks detected at this time. Office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W11607637 (Control)"

"WED4850HW0 Arrived on site for unit not heating. Upon arrival, unit was heating but not drying properly. Proceeded to inspect temperatures with the vent plugged in showing 121F. Removed vent and retested temperatures and stabilize back to normal at 185F. In addition, found water and lint trapped inside the vent hose ( pictures attached). Informed front office in regards to my findings."
