Arrived on site for refrigerator WRS325SDHZ13 with noise in FC. Examined unit and found ice that was coming from leaking icemaker fill tube. The extension was pointed up, and the tube moved away from the wall. Reseated the fill tube and added a 2nd zip tie. Also added some silicone around the tube to further prevent leaks. Fan is no longer making noise. Call completed.

Arrived on site for refrigerator KRFC236SPS03 not producing ice. Examined unit and found icemaker is on, bin is full, but will not harvest. Based on the model/serial, unit falls under service pointer with S81113 rework. Installed new icemaker, valve, foam insulator, and asded foil tape to the fill tube. Reassembled unit and verified proper operation. Repair completed, no water leaks observed.

Arrived on site for refrigerator KRFF577KPS03 with multiple issues. Customer advised the pantry drawer slides out, there is minor condensation on the FC door, and door open chime is not working. I adjusted the level to get the pantry door to close normally. I found condensation was minimal, and the unit has a vent blowing directly on it. I did confirm the UI did not always chime when door was open. Ordering new UI. Office to schedule. ; ordrng 1 W11758777 (UI)

Arrived on site for dishwasher KDPE234GPS0 that was not cleaning / drying. Installed upper abd lower spray arm (W11101428) and WPW10448645. Ran unit with clear door, through diagnostic mode. Watched both spray arms run properly. Verified heater is coming on in diagnostic mode, and code just needed to be cleared. Verified all functions work with customer present. Repair completed.

Arrived on site to continue diagnosis on washer MTW5820TW0. Unit seems to not spin out heavy loads. I tested and found basket is spinning slowly, and if I start/stop the cycle it wont spin. I give the unit a good shake and it seems to grab again. Something in the drive/clutch is not holding and its resulting in no movement, or poor movement. Ordering clutch / drive / gearcase. Office to schedule. ; ordrng 1 3360629 (Gearcase) and 1 285785 (Clutch) and 1 388962 (Basket Drive)
