Arrived on site to diagnose range with issues with knobs. I found 2 range knobs had cracks in the knob stems causing them to spin. Replaced damaged knobs and verified proper operation. Repair completed. Parts used - 2x W11687171.

Arrived on site to diagnose microwave with turntable not moving. Opened and closed door firmly and ran unit. Found turntable working properly. Could not duplicate any kind of failure. Unit working as designed. Found error code F6E4 for ui to control state mismatch. Cleared codes and advised to follow up if issue returns.

"Arrived on site to diagnose compactor that would not stop running the ram when it hit top position. Examined unit and found the start pedal was bent outwards, and the spring was missing. Was able to bend back the start pedal and spring and tested. Verified unit working as designed. No parts needed."

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer that is not spinning clothes out. Examined unit and tested. Found unit doesn't spin and just bangs / pops / and has belt noise. I found the suspension is worn out and springy, and the hub is so worn out the basket can actually be rocked into the tub. The washplate can be freely turned on both the gearcase shaft, and it's also loose. Washplate is also failed. Unit has evidence of constant overloading, belt is also screaming on the cam and has left deep black marks. If you try and spin or agitate the unit just screeches. Called third party team and advised unit needs massive repairs due to being overloaded / used in a worn out state. Received email from third party team that the extended warranty does not want to proceed with repairs. Parts that would need to be replaced - Washplate, Hub, Gearcase, Cam, Belt, possible motor / control / capacitor. No parts used. ; ordrng 1 W10528947 (Hub) and 1 W11130362 (Suspension) and 1 W10752283 (Washplate)"
