Arrived on site for range KSEG700ESS7 that had a dented cooktop. Examined cooktop and found massive dent on right side of cooktop frame. Installed new W10814036 cooktop. Tested fitment and verified no damage to cooktop. Repair completed.

Arrived on site for dishwasher WDTA50SAKZ3 not filling with water. Tested unit and ran diagnostic, found F7E1 for wash motor failure. Wash motor is not running at all. Wash motor defective. Installed new W11460945 wash motor and tested. Verified unit working as designed. No water leaks observed. Repair completed.

Arrived on site for refrigerator WRX735SDHZ04 not dispensing ice. Examined and tested dispenser. Found no ice dispensing, but motor is turning. I removed the bin and found the coupler on the BIN side had a piece of ice wedged, which caused it not to make full contact with the yolk on the auger motor. Installed a new ice bin, W11185686. Tested and verified proper operation. Repair completed.

Arrived on site to complete repair on cooktop KCIT736SBL01 that needed new UI. Installed new UI and tested. Found i had no issues with any button response. Everything seems to be working as designed. I talked with the customer about the functionality of a touch panel interface like this one, and that they are very sensitive to steam and moisture and must be treated differently. Repair completed.

Arrived on site for washer WTW4816FW3 with chipping basket and also not spinning out some loads. I examined the unit and found half a dozen spots on the basket that had their coating chipped away, causing rust spots. I checked for errors and found an F8E1 for slow fill. Suspension and spanner but are good. Tested valves and found almost no hot water coming in at all. Replaced Valve W11210463, and basket W10554251. Calibrated unit and tested. Verified all functions working as designed. No water leaks observed.

Arrived on site for dishwasher WDF332PAMS0 not heating dishes. Found element had ruptured. Installed new heater, W10518394. Ran diag cycle to clear errors and verified proper operation. No water leaks observed.

Arrived on site to continue diagnosis of no ice symptoms on refrigerator WRX986SIHZ04. I checked temps immediately and found the FC at 0, RC 37, and icebox at 19. Found icebox temp is too elevated to harvest. Icebox fan seems to be blowing, but the adapter / Valero seal is likely leaking and causing ice to build in the return channel. To resolve icebox adapter needs to be replaced, and tapped back to ensure a proper seal. I also recommend replacing icebox fan and the return needs to be steamed from the bottom end. Arrived on site to continue repairs on induction cooktop KCIG556JBL02. Per builder request, I replaced both modules W11742047, W11741354. I rotated the center connector 180 degrees per service pointer. I did notice that the connector for the UI cable had come off the UI board, and may have been causing issues from the beginning. I attempted to replace the UI but found the replacement UI had the same connector broken off in the box. Left breaker turned off, and reordered new UI. ; ordrng 1 W11727259 (User Interface)
