Arrived on site for a refrigerator that?s not making ice or cooling properly. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the top of the fridge and freezer sections are not getting cold but the bottom of both compartments are freezing up. Confirmed the customers complaint and found the evaporator fan not running. Checked voltage at the evaporator fan and found proper voltage. Replaced evaporator fan and tested the unit. The unit began to work as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for an oven that is getting the surrounding cabinetry hot. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the drawer beneath the oven gets really hot when they bake for lengthy periods of time and that their handle will be almost somewhat burning to the touch. Tested the blower and found the blower operating properly. The unit did have the heat vent deflector on the bottom. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Joel SR# 7731940936. He advised that per the installation instructions, this is within normal range. He advised that per the installation instructions that the cabinetry can get up to 192?F and still be within legal range of what can be expected and is in the installation guide. He advised to make no repairs. Call complete."

"On site for commercial washer having hard vibration and moving positions from where originally placed. Maintenance men informed me that they made sure unit was level, but unit would still move places. They also stated that one of the feet came off when unit was used after they had leveled it. After arrival, they showed me the foot that came off and the lid hinges were disconnected from inner lid. I also found middle metal bracket not in proper place due to unit moving. In diagnostics, no error codes. Documented with WPL techline online SR# 7731913647. Returning with shocks. Ordering feet, springs, hinges, hinge screws. Office to reschedule ; ordrng 4 W10862938 (Feet)s and 4 WP3359452 (Feet nuts)s and 1 280159 (Springs) and 2 WP8565018 (Hinges)s and 8 WP488627 (Hinge screws)s and 1 WPW10342663 (Support middle)"

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that?s not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. Ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. Ran a manual test on the valves, drain pump, and high speed span. The unit ran as designed. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to JR SR# 7731931718. He advised that the issue was most likely with oversuds in or off-balance loads. The customer advised that she runs a load every single day and runs an outfit and two towels and A load of sheets once a week. JR mentioned that the oversuds in was most likely the issue if that was the case as the customer uses pods and asked if the customer had ever cleaned out her washer. The customer advised that they had not. He advise for her to run a clean washer cycle with afresh washer cleaner and then to run a load of towels without soap prior to any further loads. He also advised for the customer to limit the amount of soap usage and not to use pods unless if they?re using enough clothes to fill up a third of the basket. Advise the only other possible scenario with this issue would be with the main control. Replaced main control to illuminate any possibility of it being an issue with the machine. Calibrated the unit and ran the unit through an auto test. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."
