Arrived on site for a refrigerator model WRS325SDHZ14 that has a door switch that is broken. Inspected unit and work area. I confirmed the customers complaint, and the customer advised that they were still under the manufacturer warranty and bought the refrigerator in 12/2025. I checked the model and serial tag and found the registered manufacturing date of the machine was 10/2025 and found this series of models has only been in production since 2025. I checked with claims and was advised that since the model information included the manufacturing date within the calendar year, we could proceed. I replaced the freezer door switch W11396033 and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a washing machine model MVW6230RHW2 that is making abnormal sounds during agitation. Inspected unit and work area. The customer showed me a video of what was happening and it was making an abnormal noise I hadnt heard before. I tested the unit and co firmed the customers complaint. I gained access underneath and found the beIt and splutch assembly stripped. I also found the actuator arm arm was wiggling from side to side. I went ahead and replaced the splutch assembly W10721967, actuator W11481722, and belt W11239857 and tested the unit. I still found the sound present. I went to remove the agitator and found it seized to the drive shaft. I broke the agitator off and replaced the agitator W11550891 and gearcase W11449840. I reassembled the machine and found the machine begin to work and operate as designed with no abnormal sounds present. Call complete. No leaks were present during service.

I found the ice maker motor would harvest in diagnostics but found the fill tube frozen. I checked voltage going to the fill tube heater and found voltage indicating a fill tube issue. I replaced the fill tube assembly W11515313 and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.

She advised it dumped its first batch of ice this morning but hasnt dumped since. I confirmed the customers complaint and gained access to the ice maker. I found no ice build up in the fill tube but found the ice maker had 121 V going to it. I replaced the ice maker and tested the unit in diagnostics. I found the machine working and operating as designed. Call complete. No leaks were present during service.

Arrived on site for a washing machine model WTW4816FW3 that is making abnormal sounds. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the machine has only been used twice. The first load was fine, and the second sounded horrible. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found no stored error codes. I ran the unit through a diagnostic cycle and found all portions of the machine working and operating as designed until it got to spin. I found a dragging sound happening as the unit was spinning. I checked inside the tub, and I found a thin metal bar with white rubber sticking through one of the holes in the basket. I pulled it out and found it was 6 inches long and was rubbing between the basket and tub. I tested the unit again and found the machine working and operating as designed with no abnormal sounds present. Call complete. No parts were installed, and no leaks were present during service.

The customer advised the issue is that the unit goes off balance on every load and wont spin out the clothes. I checked the suspension and found the suspension was weak and bouncing. I checked the basket and found the basket properly secured to the drive shaft. I checked underneath and found all components in good condition. I replaced the suspension rods W10780048 and tested the unit. The unit it began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.

The service was efficient and the serviceman was polite. I would have rated this overall service higher if, #1 the upper rack attachment on the right was difficult for the serviceman to get off. Then when putting it back together it was all of a sudden broken and cannot be raised. Not sure if he broke it but it does raise the question! #2 When I spoke with Jenn Air Customer Service to schedule this call they said no cost to us at all. Your serviceman said the office said there will be a $169 diagnostic charge. So I had to call Jenn Air and they confirmed no cost to me. This is very suspect to me. I expect the absolute integrity and highest level of service and these 2 items give me pause.
