"Arrived on site for an electric dryer model MED6000AG0 that won't power on after it quit in the middle of a cycle. I tested the dryer and found the dryer come on but then lost power and did not allow the UI to power on again. I checked incoming voltage and found proper voltage going to the control, but no voltage going to the user interface. I replaced the control WPW10542001 and tested the unit. The unit it began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a dishwasher model WDT730HAMZ0 that won't start cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that her machine is canceling cycles and will intermittently start draining. I confirmed the customers complaint. I found the cancel button would activate without touching it. I found adequate voltage going to the control and replaced the control W11637583. I tested the unit and found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. No leaks were present during service.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator model JFFCC72EHL04 with damaged dispenser cover W11585970 and user interface W10792144 that won't sit flush. Inspected unit and work area. Found multiple scratches on dispenser cover W11585970 and one UI clip broken, causing the cover to wiggle and not sit flush against the door. Replaced both parts W11585970 and W10792144, then tested unit. Unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete."

"MVWX655DW1 Arrived on site for a washer, making loud noises and not working. On arrival, I ran diagnostic and error code showed up. I tested and it's did hear the splutch making nosies. Further inspection I found the splutch has failed the belt was loose and the actuator had incorrect readings. I replaced all three calibrated then tested product is working as its designed no water leaks visible from the main water supply. No noises either."

JDPSG244PS0 Arrived on site for a dishwasher with error code F7E2 On arrival I verified the error code a failed motor. I replaced the motor then tested the product is working as its designed with no water leaks visible from the main water supply.

The service was efficient and the serviceman was polite.
I would have rated this overall service higher if, #1 the upper rack attachment on the right was difficult for the serviceman to get off. Then when putting it back together it was all of a sudden broken and cannot be raised. Not sure if he broke it but it does raise the question!
#2 When I spoke with Jenn Air Customer Service to schedule this call they said no cost to us at all. Your serviceman said the office said there will be a $169 diagnostic charge. So I had to call Jenn Air and they confirmed no cost to me. This is very suspect to me. I expect the absolute integrity and highest level of service and these 2 items give me pause.
