"Arrived on-site 4 washer getting off-balance during spin. On arrival confirmed failure, Anne immediately noticed that the suspension rods were not holding the tub properly in place after inspecting motor and gear case area. I'm finding no failures I then replaced the suspension rods W10780045. Tested unit with 8 towels and found unit it wor,ingredients as deaigned and stable. No leaks found call complete."

"Arrived on-site for drier, not heating on arrival. Confirm failure and found the heating element. Broken and signs of a clog in the venting of the home after replacing the heating element wp3387747 and the thermal cutoff 279973. I retested unit and found dryer heating as designed and instructed customer on how to clean the vent from top to bottom. Unit is working as design call complete"

"Arrive on site to install previously diagnosed parts. Inspected unit and work area. I replaced the wash motor assembly, dispenser, inlet hose, inlet assembly, inlet assembly gasket, and rollers and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed with no leaks present during operation. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a coffee machine that is still not dispnsing enough espresso. Inspected unit and work area. I tested the espresso machine and did find the unit dispensing espresso but slowly. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Derrick SR# 7740685262. He had me run through various testing, checking multiple components and the water dispensing system. He also spoke with the engineer of the machine and after all testing, advised me to run the descaling process on the machine due to the water supplied during the hot water testing. He advised that they believed the coffee grinds probably got into the dispensing system and is slightly clogging up the water supply. He wanted me to try that and to try running the espresso cycle again. I ran the descaling process on the machine and after running that, I ran through an espresso making cycle. I found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"On arrival verified complaint of leaking. Found floor damage. See quick pics. On inspection of unit found signs of leak of water from inlet fill assy on side of unit and diverter motor at sump. Further inspection shows broken rollers on lower rack and soap dispenser is broken. Ran quick cycle only identified leaks and those two locations. Ordering inlet assy WPW10195536, Inlet hose W10878507, Inlet gasket WP8531323, dispenser W10861000 and roller wheels lower rack WPW10195417. Will need to also replace sump assy on return. Reschedule for 1/16. ; ordrng 1 WPW10195536 (Inlet assy) and 1 WP8531323 (Inlet gasket) and 1 W10878507 (Inlet hose) and 1 W10861000 (Dispenser) and 1 WPW10195417 (Lower rack rollers)"
