Arrive down site for a refrigerator model KRFF330SPS01 that has a delivery drawer that wont close. Inspected unit and work area. The customer showed me that the right hand deli drawer wouldnt close properly and would pop back out if you pushed it in all the way. I confirmed the customers complaint and found the right side track not making a good connection with the drawer. I inspected the track and found it warped. Ordering the right side and center tracks and the bin for repair. The office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to several out of stock items. No parts were installed and no leaks were present during service. ; ordrng 1 WPW10468556 (RH deli track) and 1 WPW10468557 (Center deli track) and 1 WPW10317184 (RH deli drawer)

Arrived on site for a refrigerator model KRFF330SPS01 that has a freezer drawer that is getting caught. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the upper shelf does slide in and out but it gets stuck halfway when pushing in or out. She advised she didnt believe that was intentional. I did confirm that the drawer has some resistance in the middle but can move the upper shelf in and out. I found no obstructions or broken components causing any issue. I took photos u defeats where the upper shelf connects to the lower drawer and found why it was sticking in the middle. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Alex SR # 24955684. He had me send him several photos and advised that this is how the unit is designed to operate and to allow the customer immediate access to the ice. The customer was not happy with that or how its designed. I advised the customer to contact Whirlpool customer service for further assistance. Call complete. No parts were installed.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator model KRFC136RPS00 that has a torn gasket on the right refrigerator door. Inspected unit and work area. I confirmed the customers complaint and found the outer non-hinge side around the outer edge and the magnet was visible. I replaced the door gasket W10830162 for the right-hand refrigerator door and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.

Arrived down site for a refrigerator model KRMF706ESS01 that is freezing over in the freezer every month and they have to defrost the machine for a few days to get it to work again. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the issue with the defrost od in the freezer section. He advised ised he defrosted the machine just a few days ago and has been plugged in for the last two days. I checked resistance on the RC and FC thermistors and foundnthem at 3F in the freezer and 38F in the refrigerator sections, indicating good thermistors. I checked resistance through the heater and found 31.1 ohms, indicating a good heater. I checked the evaporator thermistor and found it out of range. I gained access to the evaporator area and checked the evaporator thermistor at the molext connector and found similar readings. I replaced the freezer evaporator harness assembly W11249952 and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator model WRS325SDHZ08 that is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the ice maker completely quit but they have had no tempertature issues. I took temperature of both compartments and found the freezer at 1F and the refrigerator at 37F. I tried jumping the icemaker and found the motor would not turn. I checked and verified proper voltage going to the icemaker, indicating the icemaker had failed. I replaced the icemaker W11700250 and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.

Arrived on-site to install previously diagnosed part on a washing machine model MVWX655DW1. Inspected unit and work area. I checked the suspension and found the suspension was worn but didnt seem to be the cause of the off balance and noise issue. I checked the basket and found the basket was wobbling on the drive shaft, indicating a hub issue. I went to remove the agitator and found the wash plate completely seized onto the drive shaft. I removed the wash plate but found the inner spline on the washplate was stuck and seized onto the gearcase. I had to break off the hub assembly to remove the gearcase. I replaced the gearcase W11454734, wash plate W10902814, hub assembly W10528947, suspension W11130362, belt W11239857, and splutch assembly W10721967. I reassembled the machine and ran the unit through calibration. I ran the unit through a diagnostic cycle and found the unit working and operating as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.

Arrived on site for an ice machine model JUIFN15HX01 that is not making ice. Upon arrival, I found the reservoir drain pump and reservoir cracked. I replaced the reservoir drain pump W11542868 and reservoir W11614100 and tested the unit. Infound tue water level sensor not working on the recirculation pump. I replaced the recirculation pump W11542867 and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a dishwasher model WDT730HAMZ0 that is not cleaning dishes. Inspected the unit and work area. The customer explained the machine stopped washing the dishes recently and the soap pods never dissolve. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (long fill) error code. I tested the unit and found no water entering the unit. I gained access underneath the sink and found the water had been shut off. I turned water back on and found the machine going through an entire diagnostic cycle as designed. I ran a wash cycle and found the incoming water was cold, not hot. I found the issue was the sink takes a minute for hot water to hit it so I advised the customer to run hot water prior to using the dishwasher. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed, and no leaks were present during service.

The service was efficient and the serviceman was polite.
I would have rated this overall service higher if, #1 the upper rack attachment on the right was difficult for the serviceman to get off. Then when putting it back together it was all of a sudden broken and cannot be raised. Not sure if he broke it but it does raise the question!
#2 When I spoke with Jenn Air Customer Service to schedule this call they said no cost to us at all. Your serviceman said the office said there will be a $169 diagnostic charge. So I had to call Jenn Air and they confirmed no cost to me. This is very suspect to me. I expect the absolute integrity and highest level of service and these 2 items give me pause.
