Arrived on site to test unit for noise. Found unit was dispatched as OOW. Advised customer to take a video of noise and contact extended warranty for dispatch.

Arrived on site to test unit for freezing items in RC. Found RC evap harness needing replaced for thermistor reading open. Customer received an email giving her the option for repair or replacement from whirlpool. Customer denied repair and stated she is wanting to opt for replacement as part of options given to her.
