Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts on a dishwasher model KDFE304DWH0. Inspected the unit and work area. I replaced the UI control WPW10537350 and tested the unit. I still found the machine not responding or turning on. I checked incoming voltage to the control and found 125.1 V but found improper voltage going to the UI. I unplugged all loads on the dishwasher and could not get the power to come back on. Re-ordering the control W1086116 and rescheduled the customer to 10/6. No leaks were present during service. ; ordrng 1 W10866116 (Control)

Arrived on site for a washing machine model MHW5630HC3 that is not draining. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that her clothes dont come out spun out and they have any SD (suds) error code flashing. She stated they can run a drain and spin to spin out the clothes but wanted to have it checked. I conformed the customers complaint and found the F0 E2 (oversuds) error code. I gained access to the drain pump filter and found dog hair, a receipt, and other debris inside of the drain pump filter, causing a slow drain. I cleared the debris and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete. No parts were installed.

KDFE304DWH0 Arrived on site for a dishwasher with no power. On arrival, I verified the issue. I tested polarity it was 120v . I removed front panel and found the control wasnt receiving 120. I replaced the control board and it still didnt t power on. I called management he had me test the ui control at pin 1 to 4 0.00 it read pin 2 to 4 it was 9v to high. Im ordering the ui control. MVW5035MW1 Arrived from previous visit to install parts. I installed the capacitor and then ran diagnostic . It was still doing the same as previous visit. I tested the wireharness to the motor I wasnt getting any readings. I replaced the wireharness thats when the tube from the outer tub failed . I will have to order the outer tub and returning parts just in the needed. Office, please reschedule ASAP for the client when part arrives. No water leaks visible from the main water supply. MVW5035MW1 Arrived on site for a washer not spinning. On arrival, I ran diagnostic and found error code F7E1 a failed actuator. I replaced the actuator then tested it didnt fix the issue. I tested the motor and it had a open line I replaced the motor and tested same reaction. I replaced the control board calibrated then tested product still isnt agitating. I called management they recommended I tested the capacitor. I tested it has failed . Im ordering the cap and wireharness and returning parts just in case needed. Arrived on site for a dishwasher model KDPM604KPS1 that is not filling with water. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that he tried fixing the machine himself. He said that he replaced the water valve and the float switch together after looking online and that after he tried running the unit, it acted strange again. He advised that he unplugged it and has not used it since. He plugged the machine back in and turned on the water. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (long fill) and F8 E4 (float switch open) error codes. I found the float switch tray empty and ran the unit through an auto test. I found the unit working ajd operating as designed, but found massive amount of suds build up inside of the dishwasher. I cleared out the suds and tested the unit on a quick wash cycle. I watched the machine run through 25 minutes of the pre-wssh and wash cycles. I found no leaks present during service and found the machine continuing the cycle. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed.

I looked under the unit and found the splutch, belt and actuator have failed. Arrived on site for a washing machine model CAE2745FQ3 that is leaking immediately after starting cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised this unit has been running 4 times and the last 3 have leaked within a minute of starting. I checked underneath the unit and found no water residue on the tub or underneath. I found the pressure hose and drain hoses all connected properly and no visibly failed components. I tested the washer in an auto test and found water leaking during the fill. I gained access the the inlet valve and found it cracked and semi broken, causing the leak. I replaced the inlet valve W11205048 and tested the unit. The unit it began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.
