WRF767SDHZ05 Arrived on site for a refrigerator top and bottom icemaker not making ice. On arrival ,the client stated top icemaker works great the issue was the bottom icemaker . Further inspection, I found the arm was bent and hanging. I replaced the icemaker tested product is working as its designed no water leaks visible from the main water supply.

WFW88HEAW0 Arrived on site for a washer that doesnt come on ,door locked,no water. On arrival , the washer was unplugged and the client stated it doesnt turn on. I plugged back in, ran diagnostic found error codes F6E2,communication error ui to ccu, F1E2 mcu error multiple resets F8E1 no water detected. I called management to explain what was going on, and he recommended to unplug and replug the wireharness on the ui ,control board and the mcu. I unplugged and replugged all harnesses. Im calling whirlpool teckline to notify my findings and ask what the issue can be if any. I ran a quick wash product is working . Techline said that it probably was a losose connection if its working now . Case# 23173575 .No parts used product works as its designed no water leaks visible from the main water supply

Arrived on site for an electric wall microwave oven combo model WOC54EC0HW03 that wont start a cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will intermittently not accept selections, and when this happens, they have to reset the breaker to fix the issue. They stated this has happened only a few times but has happened enough to make it annoying. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found no stored error codes. I ran through multiple tests and found the machine working and operating as designed. I did advise the customer that the unit can go through updates from time to time and if they are notnconnected to internet, the unit wont be able to recieve the necessary software updates and can act erradically from time to time. I did advise this is normal operation and recommended connecting to internet for their appliance. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed.

Arrived on site for a refrigerator model WRX986SIHV02 that is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that after the previous technician left, within a day, the unit stopped making ice, and within two, the unit was not cooling. He said he cycled power twice and that after that, it started cooling again, but it took 36 hours to get to temperature. I checked the temperature and found the freezer at -0 degrees, the ice box at 6 degrees, and the refrigerator at 37 degrees. I gained access to the compressor and did not find the compressor overheating or over-drawing amperage. I found no defrost issue of any kind and checked inside the icemaker mold. I found no ice or water inside the ice maker. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found all tests run fine except the ice maker fill test. I found the valve would buzz but not dispense water. I checked the fill tube and found it frozen. I checked the voltage, going to the fill tube heater, and found no voltage. I called GC, and we traced voltage back to the control and found no voltage. I replaced the main control W10843055 and tested the voltage going to the fill tube heater. I found 117V indicating a good repair. I filled the icemaker and advised the customer to keep an eye on the unit. The unit it appears to be working and operating as designed. Call complete. No leaks were present during service.

"WRX986SIHV02 Arrived on site for a refrigerator not making ice again. On arrival, I tested the icemaker no error codes. Temperature was FC -2 and RC 32 further inspection. I found the thermal heater wasn't sticking to the fill tube. I installed a new heater then tested the product is working as its designed. No water leaks visible from the main water supply."

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed part on a refrigerator model WRS321SDHZ13. I replaced the ice container WPW10558424 and tested the unit. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No leaks were present during service.

"Arrived on site for refrigerator model WRS315SDHW09 making noise when cooling. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised the noise upon arrival matched what he was hearing and gets louder with freezer door open. Accessed freezer section and heard fan running normally, with no abnormal sounds. Customer noted it was not super loud but his wife was annoyed by the constant humming. Accessed evaporator and found no ice buildup at fan assembly. Advised customer the noise is normal operation. Customer stated previous refrigerators were quieter and requested unit replacement. Called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Rich, SR# 22114512. He confirmed normal operation with no repairs needed. Unit working as designed; no parts installed and no leaks were detected during service."

"Arrived on site for refrigerator model WRT318FZDW11 not cooling properly in the freezer section. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised they had an issue with the freezer not keeping ice cream hard for two days, then changed the freezer dial setting, and it has worked ever since. Customer still wanted the unit checked due to its newness and unexpected issue. Found freezer temperature at 5?F. Compressor kicked on within 3 minutes, and freezer dropped to -1?F within 8 minutes. Took amp draw on compressor at 0.921 A. All fans running; accessed evaporator and found no evidence of defrost issues. Advised customer everything working and operating as designed; could not replicate failures. Call complete. No parts were installed. NO WATER LEAKS OBSERVED DURING SERVICE."
