On arrival verified complaint of not completing cycle. Ran error codes and found a fill error. Found hot water has no hook up. Advised to attach a y to the unit and run cold water to hit valve as there is no other option. Ran component activation and unit is fully functional. Job complete no parts installed.

Arrived on site for washer not latching lid. On arrival confirmed issue and found latch and strike broken. Replaced both with w11700916 amd w11457841. Tested unit and found no leaks and it working as designed. Call complete

"Arrived on site for an oven that has an air fryer that wont work. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that everything works but when they try to run the air fry setting, it makes a really loud noise. I tested the unit and confirmed the noise coming from the convection fan blade. I gained access to the convection fan and found that the blade was bent, causing it to rub against the front cover. I reshaped the fan blade and reassembled the unit. I ran the unit for 10 minutes with the convection fan coming on and off and could not replicate the sound again. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

Arrived on site if you are a washing machine that is making abnormal noises. Inspected unit and work area. Customer stated that he didnt make the sound immediately upon starting up the machine. I started up the machine and found a grinding noise coming from the shifter. I checked underneath and found the cam sliding properly and no wear on the cam. I went ahead and replaced the cam and actuator and tested the unit several times. I found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. W10721967 and W11481722.
