Did confirm the customers complaint and found one button working but all others would not accept any selections. Replaced the user interface and test of the unit. "Arrived on site for a dryer that wont start. Inspected unit and work area. Tested the unit in the unit turned on and operated as designed. The customer advised that the unit sometimes wont turn on and sometimes will turn on but will turn itself off. She advised that when the unit turns itself off she can open and close the door and the unit will start again. She also advised that the unit timer seems to advance pass the opposition and will continue to dry her clothes unless if she keeps the door open. Check voltage to the unit and found proper voltage. I did replace the timer due to the timer continuing to advance regardless of if it was in the office session. Did explain to the customer that the issue she may be experiencing may be due to her voltage and that when he unit is running, it is vibrating and may cause her plug to wiggle in the outlet and lose voltage from time to time. The unit was heating and tumbling and doing everything the dryer was supposed to do. Did advise the customer if any other issues persist that she will need to check her electrical supply. Call complete."

Arrived on site for a washing machine thats making knocking sounds during agitation. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit did not make the sound up until recently and its been happening on every wash causing the unit to be super loud. When units are diagnostics and everything checked good. Looked underneath the washer and found that the bottom driveshaft had fallen causing the clicking sounds from the gear case. Went to replace the gear case and found my spanner nut key missing off my truck. Rescheduled the customer to 3/6 for the repair.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnose part. Replace the right side refrigerator door gasket and tested the unit. Theyre gonna be able to work and operate as designed. Call complete.
