Arrived on site for a dishwasher that has a broken upper rack. Inspected unit and work area. The customer open the door and showed me that the upper right hand adjuster had broken causing the upper rack to lean to the right side. I went ahead and replaced both adjusters and tested the unit. Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that she was washing a very light load and that the unit would not stop continuing to run. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F3 E1 (pressure system fault) error code. I checked the pressure hose and did not find any damage done to the pressure hose. I blew through the pressure hose and did not find any debris in the air dome or the pressure hose. I checked all loads from the control board and found all components within range. I went ahead and replaced the control and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. W11603810.

I found that the dispenser motor would not turn, but was buzzing. I attempted to manually spin the dispenser motor and found the motor completely seized up. I was able to remove the impeller, so I am re-ordering the dispenser motor. I rescheduled the customer to 9/12.
