Replaced both UI and Control and verified that the lights sounds and all functions are now working properly, however the bake igniter is not lighting. Gas supply is coming on but there is no spark. "Arrived to inspect excessive tub movement. I found a prior servicer left out all four bolts for the front lower tub weight and it had came off during use. The missing weight allowed excessive movement of the tub assembly. I reinstalled the weight, using customer supplied bolts, but did not have enough to complete. Per customer directive the customer accepted the repair as is and will install the remaining two bolts. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator with no ice and no water. Upon inspection I confirmed the complaint but found ice in the bin but the cubes were small and not correctly shaped. I found the water supply at the wall was turned off. The kitchen had recently been remodeled. I turned the water on and tested the dispenser. The unit is now dispensing water as designed. I advised the customer to monitor the unit and let us know if ice production does not return.Job complete.
