Arrived onsite for dryer that is not heating. Upon inspection I found that the cutoff thermistor had failed. I replaced it and tested unit and found unit operating as designed. Job complete.

"Arrived to inspect washability. I found the circulation pump was operating, but flow was greatly reduced and causing the wash issues. wash motor assy removed and replaced. I tested the unit within service test mode several times and the issues were resolved. No leaks observed during service

"Arrived to inspect excessive tub movement. I found a prior servicer left out all four bolts for the front lower tub weight and it had came off during use. The missing weight allowed excessive movement of the tub assembly. I reinstalled the weight, using customer supplied bolts, but did not have enough to complete. Per customer directive the customer accepted the repair as is and will install the remaining two bolts. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator with no ice and no water. Upon inspection I confirmed the complaint but found ice in the bin but the cubes were small and not correctly shaped. I found the water supply at the wall was turned off. The kitchen had recently been remodeled. I turned the water on and tested the dispenser. The unit is now dispensing water as designed. I advised the customer to monitor the unit and let us know if ice production does not return.Job complete.

DISHWASHER FRIGIDAIRE FFBD2406NB Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed spray arm. Removed failed part and replaced with new. Tested unit and all operations are normal. No water leaks present at time of service.
