"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that the unit was full of water, but they were able to get the clothes out. I found the unit unplugged and upon plugging the unit in, I did find the drain pump try to activate but not actually drain water out. I removed the water from the tub and gained access to the drain pump. I found the drain pump showing within range, but once I removed it, I found the impeller completely stripped. I replaced the drain pump and tested the unit. I found a little water flow coming through the cold water side on the valve. I went ahead and replaced the valve as well and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed with no leaks present during operation. Call complete. W 11188329 and W10876600."

Arrived on site for a dryer that is making abnormal noises. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advise. The unit was making a new sound and have the unit running. I heard the sound and could hear the blower wheel rubbing against the blower wheel housing. I gained access to the blower wheel and found it cracked causing the issue. I replaced the blower wheel and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete. WP697772.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator. That is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that he can hear the icemaker try to cycle but he doesnt believe that any water is getting to the icemaker. I ran the unit into diagnostics and did find the icemaker motor turning but not dropping ice. When I went to go to the fill portion of the cycle, I found the valve buzzing, but no water entering into the icemaker. I gained access underneath The front toe plate and removed the icemaker filled tube from the water connector. I attempted to blow through the door and found a restriction inside the tube. I ran an icemaker fill test and found water coming out of the valve, indicating the issue was with the door. I am ordering the stainless freezer door and the office will need to get authorization for repairs as well as contact the customer about a return date due to an out of stock and PSP item.; ordrng 1 W11577825 (Stainless FC Door)"
