"Arrived on site for refrigerator leaking water. On inspection found the water has been off for a week, there was no water leaks present when I was there. The customer is going to take video and send it to us. Could not reproduce the issue."

Arrived onsite for MW door not shutting. On inspection the door could not close all the way to make contact with the switches. I pulled the unit out a few inches and noticed that the door was working properly. Pushed the unit back in when I went to open the door the bottom of the unit got pushed out 1/2 inch. Thats when I noticed that the spacer kit was not installed. The hinges are sitting on top of trim of the cabinet. It has to have the spacer kit so the hinges do hit the cabinet trim. Called the builder to let them know it was missing from the installation.

"DV50K8600EV/A3-01 Arrived to inspect dryer not starting. Relay clicks could be heard, but there was no drum rotation or subsequent heating. I verified the door switch tested per MFG specifications and inspected the drive system. The idler pulley had seized and failed, causing damage to the pulley and idler arm shaft. Steam dryer, no leaks observed during service. ; ordrng 1 6602-001655 (Drive Belt) and 1 DC93-00634A (Idler Arm and Pulley Assy)"

Arrived onsite for a refrigerator to replace previous diagnosed parts.I finished removing the ice that was left on the FC evaporator and I found one of the thermal fuses open in the heater harness. I replaced the evaporator fan assembly with the thermal fuses. I removed the remainder of the ice on the RC evaporator. I found the evaporator bowed out against the cover. I installed parts from the drain pan kit to correct this. I replaced the RC evaporator fan and the UI. I tested the unit and found it cooling down and working as designed. I explained to the customer that the unit should be cool enough by tonight to start making ice if the icemaker is good. Call complete.

"Arrived onsite for a refrigerator not cooling correctly in either section. I found both evaporators frosted over with frost coming out of the evaporator covers. I tested all thermistors from the UI and they tested good. I put the unit in test 38 and ran a forced defrost. I had 125VAC from the main control to the FC defrost heater but no amperage. I suspect a blown thermal fuse or possibly a bad heater or open bimetal. Ms stated she has had water leak out from the deli drawers so the drip pan could be cracked or bowed but its not visible at this time. Need to install a drip pan kit per SP W11092686. Could need to replace the fan and harness along with the UI. I went over defrost instructions with the customer and had the waiver signed. Ordering W11249952 evap motor, WP12729128 defrost heater, W11330971 UI control, and W11457241 drip pan kit. Marking all other parts as use on return visit. Weighed the call for 2 hours.
