Arrived on site for dryer showing to clean vent light. Dryer gets very hot. Customer suspects hose. Tested vent and it drafted. Removed vent hose and cleaned for customer. Not very dirty. Found vent was not as strong on second test. Advised customer something is floating within the vent going trough roof. Confirmed by testing without vent. Dryer working as designed. Call complete.

Due to the WiFi control board failure on the panel, I removed and replaced the control panel and assisted the customer is connecting to WiFi through the whirlpool app on their phone. Arrived onsite for dishwasher door not staying up. On inspection found the spring had come off the hinge. I reinstalled the hinge and add tie wraps to the hinges. The dishes is operating as designed and no water leaks detected during service.
