Arrived on site to test unit for no power. Test unit and found light switch turned off under sink. Turned light switch on test unit and unit test good job complete.

Showing that the switch or motor is faulty. Will need to order an ice maker to fix issue. Also ordering additional parts to ensure completion on return visit. Arrived on site to replace motor blower. Replace blower test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived on site for hot water not working and only able to wash with bulky and colors cycles. Upon arrival ran diagnostics and there are no saved error codes. Test valve and both hot and cold are operating correctly. Found extra power button was selected on certain cycles. Explained to customer about how the extra power button operates and how it will effect cycles. I turned of button. And ran a normal cycle with hot water. Unit is operating as designed. No leaks present. Job complete. No parts needed.
