Arrived on site to diagnose a dishwasher that was beeping. Tested the unit and found it displaying an F8E4 error code, indicating water had collected in the overflow drip pan. Removed the toe panel and accessed the drip pan, where I found soapy water. Removed all water from the drip pan and inspected the dishwasher for the source of the leak.During inspection, I found a plastic lid had fallen into the lower rack area and was blocking the lower spray arm from rotating properly. Because the spray arm could not rotate, water was being directed toward the door seal, causing it to leak into the drip pan and trigger the overflow protection. Took a photo of the obstruction for documentation and showed it to the customer (husband) while explaining the cause of the issue. Removed the obstructing lid, reassembled the unit, and ran a complete test cycle. Verified the spray arm rotated freely, there were no leaks present, and the dishwasher operated normally with no error codes returning. Unit is now functioning as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on site to diagnose the dishwasher for a non-responsive console. Tested the unit and verified the customers complaint. Found the console to be defective, with the Start and Cancel buttons not responding to any input, preventing the unit from operating properly. Replaced the defective console with the new part, then tested all keypad functions and ran the dishwasher through a test cycle. Verified that the Start and Cancel buttons responded correctly and that the unit operated as designed. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to test unit WOS51EC7HS02 for locked controls. Upon arrival customer stated controls locked message appeared after attempting a reset and now unit will not unlock. Attempted control unlock procedure and cycled power, UI remained non-responsive and would not exit control lock. Determined console failure. Arrived on site to replace console. Replaced console test unit and found bake still not working. Checked model number and found we had the wrong model.
