Arrived on site for hot water not working and only able to wash with bulky and colors cycles. Upon arrival ran diagnostics and there are no saved error codes. Test valve and both hot and cold are operating correctly. Found extra power button was selected on certain cycles. Explained to customer about how the extra power button operates and how it will effect cycles. I turned of button. And ran a normal cycle with hot water. Unit is operating as designed. No leaks present. Job complete. No parts needed.

Arrived on site spoke with customer about unit being out of warranty and Customer said he had aig. Spoke with Melissa and we didnt have the correct work order.
