Arrived on site to replace console. Replaced console test unit and found bake still not working. Checked model number and found we had the wrong model. New consoleIs showing convection bake but the unit is not a convection bake unit. Ordering new console office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W10812326 (Console)

"Arrived onsite to diagnose a dishwasher not heating. Placed the unit into diagnostics and retrieved an F7-1 error code, indicating a heating fault. Tested the unit and confirmed no heat during the cycle. Inspected the heating element and found it physically broken at the center of the element. Replaced the defective heating element. Reassembled the unit and ran a test cycle to verify operation. Unit is now heating properly and completed the test without any error codes. Unit operating as designed. Job complete."

"Arrived on site for unit making clanking noise when spinning. Upon arrival, ran high speed spin test and confirmed the from bottom of unit. Upon inspection, found rotor bolt missing. No gearcase oil present. Proceeded to replace W10734521 slider. Tested unit and now unit is functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time"

Arrived on site to look at model WOS92EC0AS04 for customer complaint of unit not coming on. Found damaged to the Uzi console as if someone is leaving the door open and the front of the zuI console is warped. Will need thermal fuse and console.
