"Arrived on site for f27 error code. Code is a over sudding error code. Reset error code and ran diagnostics cycle on unit . During diagnostics cycle found unit still over sudding. Explained to customer that two months ago we had the same issue and it was do to over use of detergent, advised maintenance to do a clean cycle and monitor. At this time unit is running as designed no parts used job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for noise during spin. Upon arrival customer stated unit makes a knocking noise during every spin cycle. Tested unit, knocking noise became noticeable as soon as the spin began and would knock faster as the basket sped up. Removed bottom components, found no wear on the rotor indicating there is an internal bearing failure on the gearcase. Unit will require a new gearcase, slider and wash plate due to it being seized onto the gearcase shaft. Contacted claims thread to get authorization, ASP approved. Replaced gearcase (W11393685), slider (W10734521) and wash plate (W10902814). Ran a calibration cycle successfully. Ran a diagnostic cycle, noise has been eliminated and all components are properly engaging. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

Arrived on site to test unit it for console not u locking. Found shorted console. Replaced console test unit it and unit it test good job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for excessive dry times. Found vent on roof was completely clogged. Showed customer vent on roof is restricting air flow. Advised needing to have a professional clear venting prior to using unit to prevent damage. No parts replaced at this time. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to test unit for tripping breaker. Customer stated unit has been tripping for about a year and for the last 6 months they had it connected to a different outlet with no issues. Contractor currently replaced breaker and unit has been working great except the ice maker. Engaged all components in diagnostics. Defrost element, damper, ice maker, water valve, compressor, condenser motor and Evap motor all tested good. Reported findings with safety and advised customer would be responsible for ice maker replacement. Customer stated he would be repairing on his own. No leaks detected. No parts replaced at this time.
