Arrived on site for a washing machine model MVWX655DW2 that is leaking and going off balance on every cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised she knows it leaks when it runs but it also seems to leak when its not in use. I found water trace behind the washer and against the wall. See photo. I gained access underneath and found evidence of a gearcase leak and the splutch and cam assembly both worn. I checked the suspension and found the suspension was completely shot. I found the basket wobbling on the drivae shaft, indicating a hub failure. I attempted to remove the wash plate and found it seized onto the drive shaft. Unit will need a gearcase, cam assembly, hub assembly, belt, wash plate, and suspension for repair. A leak seemed to be coming from the hot water hose coming to the machine and I advised the customer they will need new hoses. Ordering the wash plate W10902814 and rescheduled the customer to 8/10.; ordrng 1 W10902814 (Wash plate)

Arrived on site for an electric dryer model MED4500MW0 that is making a rattling noise during operation. The customer satated they have jad this issue since they bought it and it comes and goes. He said it will happen an enotrw load and then not make sounds for a load or two. The customer had a video of the sound and I was able to replicate the issue. The sound seemed to come from the rear bulk head when the bulkhead was being shaken. I checked and verified the blower wheel and housing were clear and in good condition. I gained access to the top and found the two screws that hold the upper part of the rear bulkhead were not tightened and were allowing the top to slide up and down, causing the noise. I tightened the screws and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no abnormal sounds present. Call complete. No parts were installed.

Arrived on site for a dishwasher model KDFE304DWH0 that has no power. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit just wont come on and he has verified it has power. I confirmed the customers complaint and found proper voltage and polarity going to the control. I found the cobtrol sening 5 V DC on the communication and the LED power supply, indicating the control had failed. I replaced the control W10866116 and tested the unit. The unit it began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a washing machine model MVW5435PW1 that is making grinding noises during agitation and is not filling with water. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the machineActs like its filling with water but water does not rise above the clothing level and cant see the water hardly. He also explained that agitation sounds like metal on metal grinding. The customer stated that the spin doesnt seem to make noise, just agitation. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found no stored error codes. I ran the unit through a diagnostic cycle and found the agitator making the noise. It sounded like change stuck between the agitator and basket. I found the rest of the cycle work and operate as designed. I found the customer had the machine set to extra power and explained the extra power setting. I explained that it uses less water for a higher soap to water ratio and that it adds water as the cycle progresses. I advised if he wanted more water for the cycle, he would need to turn the extra power off. I removed three coins from the gap between the agitator and basket and tested the unit. I found the unit begin to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete. No parts were installed.
