Arrived on site for washing machine with door locked and not turning off. On arrival I found f3e1 in diagnostic. I found the pressure switch faulty even though there is no debris in the air trap? Replace switch w p w 10448876 and found washer working as designed with no leaks, call complete.

Arrived onsite for an electric dryer model MED5630HW0 that is rattling during operation. Inspected unit and work area. The customer turn on the dryer and I heard the customers complaint. It sounded like it was coming from the rear of the dryer. I gained access to the back and found the sound go away when I held the exhaust vent. I added sound pads to the vent and adjusted the positioning of the vent inside of the dryer. I tested the unit again and found the noise had disappeared. The unit is now working and operating as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for an electric dryer model MEDB835DW3 that is not drying clothes again. Inspect unit and work area. The customer stated that the unit tumbles, but it does not heat again. I tested the dryer and confirmed the customers complaint with no heat. I checked voltage off the back and found proper voltage and polarity. Alright, checked all heating components and found the thermal cutoff open again. I checked the heater and did not find it grounded against the heater housing. I found proper resistance on the element and replaced the thermal cut-off 280148. I checked behind the dryer and found the vent hose crunched coming out of the dryer and at the wall. I tested the dryer with the vent hose detached and found temperatures fluctuating properly with temperatures averaging 138 degrees on a high heat cycle with the vent hose removed. I tested the dryer with the vent hose attached and found temperatures fluctuate but at a slower rate, indicating an airflow restriction. I pulled out the machine and found airflow getting better. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Rich SR# 23077777. He advised that based on current information the unit is working as designed and the customer will need to address their venting issue. Call complete.

Arrived on site for an ice machine model KUIX535HPS02 not making ice. Customer reported the issue started after replacing the filter and running a clean cycle. Inspected the unit and work area. Turned on the machine and noticed very little water flow through the dispenser. Removed the filter and saw water pressure increase significantly. Tested with another filter, confirming proper pressure and identifying the original filter as the issue. Ran a full ice-making cycle, and the unit operated as designed. No parts installed. NO WATER LEAKS OBSERVED DURING SERVICE.

Arrived on site for dishwasher starting on its own. On arrival confirmed issue and found f2e1 in diagnostic. I found control board. Start button broken and replaced it with w11683652 then tuss the dishwasher and found it working as designed with no leaks call complete

Arrived onsite and found unit operating with failure to wash. WDF341PAPM2. Diagnosed bad wash pump. No wash pump function when energized. Replaced wash pump assembly W11613479. Tested unit. Now operating as designed. Good wash function. No leaks.

"MEDB835DW3 Arrived on site for a dryer, not drying. On arrival, I verified no heat further inspection. I found the hi limit thermal fuse has failed . I replaced the part then tested the ventilation to the clients home it was in terrible condition. I recommend that the client contact a professional to clean the dryer duct. Otherwise, it's going to blow the fuse again. Product wis working as its designed. Client didn't sign"

"Arrived on site for an electric microwave wall oven combo model WOEC3030LS01 that won't microwave while the oven is on. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that she was trying to start her microwave, while the oven was running and could not. She advised that she talked to somebody in the office and they tried to help her through it.But she still could not get the microwave to start with the oven running. I ran the oven and tested the microwave multiple times and found the microwave starting and heating up a glass of water. I tried multiple settings on the microwave and found all functions working in conjunction with the oven. I asked the customer to show me how she was starting her microwave and found the customer hitting bake on the oven controls, selecting 30 and then hitting the microwave start button, causing the unit to beep because she was setting the wrong appliance. I explained that the bake is only for the oven, and the microwave controls were the key pad above the oven. I showed the customer how to start the microwave while the oven was in use. The customer wrote down the directions and attempted to start the microwave herself. I found the customer was able to start two separate cycles on her own. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Edwin SR# 22586365. He advised that the unit was working and operating as designed and to have the customer refer to customer service for any questions regarding the appliance. He advised me to make no repairs at this time. I did advise the customer that she would be charged for the service fee due to multiple trips with no issues found. The customer was made aware prior to service. The office will run the CC on file for the service balance. Call complete."
