Arrived onsite for flood condition error. Continuous drain. Carefully cleaned airtrap including air dome with hand bit. Pressure tested isolated air hose for leaks. No air leaks. Arrived on site to Inspect washer CAE2745FQ3 not draining. Upon further inspection, I placed the machine into diagnostics and observed error codes F9E1 F8E3. I checked the pressure hose and dome and found them to be without issue. The pressure sensor on the control had failed internally and caused the machine to malfunction. I replaced the control and calibrated and tested and the machine is now operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service. W11831578

Arrived on site for a washer WTW4816FW3 not cycling. Customer stated that it filled but didnt spin. Also that it kept filling after she unplugged it then overflowed. I found an f1e1 error for acu failure. I replaced the control w11603810 and the valve w11210463. Ran a calibration cycle and a full factory cycle without any issues or leaks.

Arrived onsite for broken drain filter cover which had damaged the basket. Gained access and determined new filter cover should be reinforced on all 3 mounts to prevent repeat failure. Reinforced mounts with epoxy. Installed cover W11782102. Screw WP8533928. And basket W11782065. Tested unit. Now operating as designed. Advised customer on repair. No leaks. No noise. All checks good.

Arrived on site to inspect washer MVWX655DW1 not agitating. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F7E5-shifter fault. I cleared the code and continued with testing and found that the actuator/shifter is not functioning and making a loud rattling noise. I cancelled testing and tilted the unit back and gained access to the actuator and found the shifting arm broken. I removed and replaced the actuator and calibrated the unit. Retested in diagnostics and the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W10913953

Arrived on site to inspect washer WTW4107SW0 noises. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F7E7-motor unable to reach target RPMs. I cleared the code and tilted the unit back and inspected the gearcase and its components and didnt find any damage. I placed the unit back into diagnostics and tested and once the unit reached the spin test, as the basket began to spin, I could hear something banging around with the basket spinning. I stopped testing and removed the tub ring, agitator, and basket and found that the drain filter cover had broken off from the tub and was in little pieces at the bottom of the tub. I found that the mount was broken off of the tub and the tub will have to be replaced. I inspected the basket and found pieces broken off of the bottom. I advised the customer of my findings. I am ordering the tub, basket, drain filter cover & screw, gearcase and will return with all prescreened parts. Office to schedule return service due to the availability of the parts. Unit was left unplugged for safety purposes. No water leaks observed during service. ; ordrng 1 W11674387 (Tub) and 1 W11782102 (Drain filter cover) and 1 W11782065 (Basket) and 1 WP8533928 (Screw) and 1 W11795538 (Gearcase)

"Arrived on site to inspect washer MVW4005SW0 not getting water. Upon further inspection, the customer had the unit unplugged and when they plugged it in, the drain pump came on. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F3E1-pressure sensor fault. I removed and replaced the main control and when I went to calibrate the unit, it shut down. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F2E3-switch mismatch. I attempted several times to get the unit to calibrate and test and it continued to fail. I tested the upper harness and its good. I am ordering another main control, all three position switches and the upper harness and office to schedule return service. No water leaks observed during service. ; ordrng 1 W11607637 (Main control) and 1 WPW10414398 (4 position switch) and 1 W11168256 (2 position switch) and 1 W10859568 (5 position switch) and 1 W10694671 (Upper harness)"
