"Arrived on site for upper oven not heating correctly. Upon arrival, tested both ovens and found oven heating correctly. Customer stated the upper will take close to 45 minutes to preheat. Based on previous experience with this particular model, I have found upper broil harness to be severed from the sheet metal sleeve that the harness routes through, causing the broil element not to engage. Ran diagnostic ice box temp reading 50 ran ice box fan no air flow,removed evaporator cover disconnected and reconnected harness fan powered on reassembled unit checked air flow going into ice room,called tech support to verify test ran icemaker harvest test passed icemaker filled with water. Advising customer to let unit run 48 hrs if no ice to contact for service. Case 22100256"

"Arrived on site to diagnose dryer not starting. Verified the customers complaint by attempting to start the unit and found the start button was not engaging or responding. Disassembled the unit and removed the rear cover to access the control components. Found the start switch had come loose and was no longer secured to the control panel, preventing proper activation. Secured the start switch back into the panel and ensured proper alignment and connection. Reassembled the unit and tested operation. Unit started immediately and is operating as designed. Job complete."
