"Arrived on site to test unit for not advancing in the cycle. Upon arrival customer stated unit will not drain and spin, always stops the cycle before that point. Ran diagnostic cycle, found when unit is supposed to spin the basket does not move. Tried to manually spin it and found it has a lot of resistance. Removed tub ring and inspected internals, found an article of clothing lodged between the basket and the tub preventing unit from spinning. Removed clothing and tested unit, all components are properly engaging and unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, no parts installed, job complete."

Arrived on site to replace upper rack adjusters. Replaced left housing and right housing and clips and adjusters straps and positioners and cover. Arrived on site to replace lower blower. Pulled unit out of the wall to get to the back of the unit to replace blower. Replaced blower test unit by pre heating to 350? unit pre heated to 350? with no noise or error codes. Job complete. W11598119

"Arrived on site to test unit for F8E0 low fan speed error code. Upon arrival customer stated unit will not start cycle and that error code keeps showing up. Tried to activate bake cycle, error code appeared and cycle did not start. Removed unit from cavity and found upper cooling fan is faulty. Replaced cooling fan (W11598119) and tested unit, bake cycle is now engaging and heating properly, error code is not appearing. When lower cooling fan engaged you could hear a ticking noise from the mechanics of it. Will also need to order lower cooling fan to eliminate noise and restore proper function. Ordering part, rescheduled for 09/27 AM.; ordrng 1 W11598119 (Blower)"

"N.nd leaking. Upon arrival, inspected unit. Found both left and right adjusters have failed. Foumd evidence of leaking. Ran unit for a while and cannot find leak. Will need to retest once all parts are replaced. Also found customer is not using rinse aid. Advised customer of benefits of rinse aid such as drying and help with residue. Need to order all parts for adjusters.
