"WFES3030RS0 Arrived to inspect loss of power. The customer advised the machine would intermittently loose power during preheating for bake. I found the power cord had been twisted tightly at the junction block and I corrected the wire routing. Lifting the ground wire only, the machine was able to be fully preheated to 500 with no additional breaker tripping. I reconnected the ground and retested and the issue was resolved."

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed part. Inspected unit and work area. I replaced the inlet valve and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. W11513255.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not draining. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit is draining but its draining extremely slowly. She turned the unit on and I confirmed the drain pump running but barely any water coming out, indicating something was causing a restriction of water flow. I gained access to the drain pump filter and found a five dollar bill and a bra pad covering the drain pump filter, causing the issue. I removed the obstructions and reassembled the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"WFW560CHW4 Arrived to inspect door issue. The customer advised the door was difficult to close and the machine would shake during spin. I was able to adjust the door to correct closing issues. The leveling feet required the jamb nuts to be tightened to prevent movement and I found and corrected loose screws on the pedestal bracing. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

"On arrival verified complaint of unit making noise and not drying correctly. Ran cycle and found rollers are screeching, ran vent test and it was yellow advised customer to clean vent. Ran heat temp check and found unit only heats to 115 on high but has 240 vac. Unit needs repair kit and heater. Ordering heater 279838. Rescheduled for 9/5; ordrng 1 279838 (Heater)"
