Arrive down site for a refrigerator that is still leaking from the bottom. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that she is still having an issue where water leaks onto the floor from the freezer. I did confirm the customers complaint and found an eye.Sheet at the bottom of the freezer. I removed all ice from within the freezer and gained access to the evaporator. I found the drip pan completely iced over. I removed all iced and steamed out the drain tube. I removed the back and found debris inside of the drain tube. I removed all the debris and added the heat probe onto the heater and down the drain tube. I tested the unit and found the unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete. 819043.

WFES3030RS0 Arrived on site for a oven with gasket issues. On arrival I verified issue gasket wasn't staying on I replaced and tested product is working as its designed.

WED8127LC2 Arrived on site for a dryer stopping mid cycle. On arrival client stated time dryer worked great but normal cycle turns off after a few minutes. Further inspection client did have eco boost on while running normal cycle i instructed client to turn it off when using normal cycle. Product is working as its designed no parts needed.

And I was able to reshape the slide and redirect the water properly into the ice maker, to prevent it from leaking.
