"Arrived on-site for dryer, not heating on arrival. Confirmed failure and found the heating element core broken along with the cutoff. After replacing 279973 cutoff, wp8544771 element i tested the dryer and found it working as designed but found evidence of a clog in the venting of the home and instructed the customer to get a drier vent cleaning done prior to using the dryer to help ensure that it lows the risk of something breaking further. Unit works as designed call complete"

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed part. Inspected unit and work area. I replaced the upper interlock assembly hand tested the unit. I found the unit heating and operating as designed. Call complete. W11551558.

On arrival verified complaint of noise. Customer states unit no longer makes noise. Ran time dry for 15 min and confirmed no noise at all. Unit has no physical damage or excess wobble in tub. Unit is working as designed job complete. No parts installed

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the eunuch just completely lost its cool and is running, but will not actually cool down the refrigerator. I did confirm the customer's complaint and gained access to the compressor area. I found a leak at the the top side end of the filter dryer. I replaced the dryer and charged the unit up with nitrogen. I found no leaks detected after 15 minutes. I vacuumed down the unit to negative 30PSI and found pressures hold again for 10 minutes. I charged the unit up with 47 g of refrigerant and tested the unit. I found the unit beginning to cool and operate as designed. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Lakey SR# 7741079083. He advised that he wanted to see what happened with the sealed system repair prior to any further service, but to call in if any further issues persist. He advised to make no further repair at this time. Call complete. WPW10143759."
