On arrival verified complaint of unit needing tub replaced. Replaced tub per previous diag and verified unit function. Job complete no leaks detected during service. Installed w11219115.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has an ice ball forming in the freezer section. Inspected unit in the work area. The customer stated that the unit was working just fine in terms of temperatures and everything else but that she was having water leaking and forming an ice ball right underneath the icemaker. I did confirm the customer complaint and found water leaking from the icemaker. I found that the icemaker itself was unlevel and spoke to SW. Due to the fill tube being on the other side of the icemaker, I was advised to just go ahead and adjust the icemaker to a more level position to see if that fixes the issue. Readjusted the icemaker and advise the customer to call back if any other issues persist. Call complete."

On arrival verified complaint of noise and taking to long to dry. Ran a Vent test and it failed. Visual inspection shows vent line is crushed and Drum felt is missing unit will be a new drum and also Needs repair kit. Office to reschedule when parts available.
