"WRS325SDHZ08 Arrived to inspect ice dispenser issues. I found ice had frozen into a mass within the ice bin crusher section and there were other large masses of congealed cubes within the bin. I found the doors still incorrectly aligned, and while preventing the large amount of airflow from prior to the previous service, the issue was still occurring and causing the ice issue. I was able to adjust the rollers slightly, but found they had been stripped out on both sides and will need to be replaced to allow the machine to be squared. "WED5010LW1 Arrived to perform inspection. I accessed all devices that were subjected to the incorrect wiring and subsequent over-voltage and found no visible or electrically testable signs of damage. I reassembled the machine and checked the incoming voltage and it was as expected. The machine heated and cycled as designed. The safety group had already been contacted on the prior visit, no further service required."

"On arrival verified complaint of freezing evap cover. Frost pattern is good, evap fan is functioning and defrost heater is working. Unit was in defrost on arrival. On inspection found evap cover not sealing correctly as it is missing clips. Spoke to TL 7740263418 need to order new evap cover, customer will leave unit off and empty as they will be leaving town multiple times and unavailable for our scheduling until 12/10 ordering evap cover assy wpw10388268; ordrng 1 WPW10388268 (Evap cover)"

On arrival verified complaint of unit making noise. Ran diag cycle and found wash motor rattling like it is hitting something. Opened motor and found filter is broken and shattered. Replaced sump assy and unit is no longer making noise. Job complete no leaks detected during service. Installedwpw10591570

"NTW4605EW0 Arrived to inspect noise and non-completion. Service mode had F7E5 and F5E1 stored and I cleared for testing. I found the bearings had failed and were very noisy. I attempted to remove the agitator and found that although I could get it to move a few mm, it would not fully release from the driveshaft. The machine will require the entire tub assembly. During inspection, I found the drain pump wires severely kinked and creased and will require replacement. Office to order parts and contact the customer to arrange return service.
