Arrived on site for smoke coming out of right hand knob area. Found switch on right rear melted . Used liquid leak detector on valve and found gas leak on valve . Called safty same ref #Ordering manifold and will replace switch harness on return . No other gas leaks detected at time of service. Return set for 1/15 ; ordrng 1 W11509588 (Manifold)

Arrived onsite for complaint of not spinning. WTW5790VQ1 Tested unit with a heavy load and found spinning properly. Unable to replicate symtpom. Advised customer on findings.There are no recommendations for repair.

Arrived onsite WTW5105HW2 for no spin or agitation. Tested and unable to get any spin or agitation function. Repalced lower harness W11591637 and also the shifter W11481722. Unit nowmwill spin and agitate as designed. Shifter seemed to be primary failure.

"Arrived onsite WFES3330RS0 for range oven tripping the breaker. Ran burnoff at 500f for 3 hrs. Unit is operating without tripping, following corrective action. No parts. Customer not home. No signer."

"Arrived on site to follow up on washer WTW5105HW2 not progressing in cycles. Tested unit and found error F7E3. Tested shifter and spin; unit would not shift and only moved 1/4 turn at a time in normal cycle. Checked tach signal: read 0 with spinning basket, or intermittent RPMs if shaken, indicating short or break in wiring harness. Replaced run capacitor W11395618 due to limited agitation. Unit still did not spin with new capacitor. Ordered wiring harness and possibly associated parts. Set return for 12/23; customer requested sooner service if available. NO WATER LEAKS OBSERVED DURING SERVICE.; ordrng 1 W11591637 (Wiring Harness) and 1 W11478519 (Console) and 1 W11481722 (Shifter)"
