"JF42NXFXDE02 Arrived on site for RC not cooling. Upon arrival, found Fc cooling but RC warm. RC fans running. Proceeded to expose compressor area and found loose connection to the stepper valve. Resecured connector and inspected all other connectors. Powered unit back on and now refrigerant is flowing to the evaporator (picture attached). Unit is functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time. No parts replaced"

Arrived on site to replace harness. Replaced main harness test unit and unit test good job complete.

"Arrived onsite for unit not functioning after install. Arrived onsite for unit not functioning. Customer stated unit was installed and never was able to use due to error. Tested and found unit attempts to fill and errors out. Ran diagnostics and recorded 9/2,8/4, 10/4 error codes. Returning with wash motor, inlet and float switch. Set to return Aug7, preferably After 10 am. ; ordrng 1 W11545764 (Float switch)"

Arrived onsite to replace failed strike. Replaced strike and tested to insure proper operation. Put unit in diagnostics and all cycles passed. Job complete.
