Arrived on site to test unit for burner staying on while on high and turning off when are at lower temp and oven taking to long to cook. Test unit and found burners working as designed staying on while on high and if you lower the temp the burner will turn off then turn back on to maintain temperature. Test oven and found average temp at 350? at 367? perfect with in range. Customer said that there is something wrong with the unit and I advised her to call her warranty to see if they approve to repair parts even when not needed. Job complete. No parts used.

"Arrived on site for makes a buzzing type noise after unit has preheated. Upon arrival, customer provided video. Cannot hear the sound that is providing. I preheated both vents to 350. Contacted techline to report and spoke with Rob. Explained to Rob the sounds I am hearing are normal and there are no odd sounds. Tech said there is no parts to be replaced at this time. Tech recommended that customer gets a longer video to assist in duplicating the issue SR# 7738911347."

"Arrived on site for weak water flow and icicles on icemaker. Tested water dispenser weak flow,replaced filter customer provided good strong water flow. Ran icemaker fill water spraying from fill tube,adjusted fill tube tested water fill no leaks from fill tube. Found ice on middle section of evaporator ran heater test passed ice only on middle section where heater cant defrost correctly in timed cycle. Defrosted middle section relocated defrost thermistor. No parts used."
