"Arrived on site to test unit for shutting off, customer stated that unit has no issues running on timed dry, but sometimes sensor dry dont work properly, explained to customer how it works and advised customer to use timed dry if load is small or mixed fabrics, put damp clothes over moisture sensors and ran unit for 15 minutes, time slowly decreased and when cloth became dryer then the times started adjusting according to moisture content inside cloth, unit is running per manufacture specifications job complete no parts installed"

"Arrived on site to test unit for no ice production. Started harvest through diagnostics, harvest started but when door is open with door switch closed, harvesting stops. Inspected wire harness and found 2 wires broken causing IM to work intermittently. Will need to order door and damper as well. Additional parts will be needed to ensure completion. "Arrived on site to test unit for ice slab in FC. Inspected unit found drain is frozen over and ice ball has formed around the bimetal. Removed ice from bottom of the cabin and thawed out drain and ice ball. Found no restrictions in the drain or drain pan. Found torn door gasket that would need to be ordered for return visit. Advised customer to monitor unit, if issue returns before return visit then call the office and inform them so we can order additional parts to ensure completion.
