"Arrived on site to test unit MED6630HW2 for dashes on display. Upon arrival customer presented issue, display would only show dashes regardless of cycle selection and unit would not start. Verified complaint and found console unresponsive to all inputs. Replaced console (W11397843) and applied power to the unit. Verified all cycle selections and functions now respond properly. Ran a test cycle, check vent message no longer present. Unit is now running as designed, job complete."
