Entered service mode and found F0E3 (overload), F6E2 (UI-ACU comm loss), and F6E3 (ACU-UI comm loss) error codes stored. Removed console and found heavy corrosion on UI board and harness connector pins. Suspension also completely worn with no dampening remaining. Replaced UI (W11112662) and suspension (W11130356). Ran calibration cycle successfully, then full diagnostic cycle with all components engaging correctly and no communication faults. Error codes cleared permanently. Advised customer to run monthly cleaning cycles. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

Upon arrival customer stated she was able to run a few loads after last service call but on the most recent load the unit began beeping and displaying the F5 error again, and the lid would not unlock. Applied power to the unit and observed the console flashing F5 briefly before going dark, repeating in a continuous loop. Proceeded to replace lid lock (W10810403) and restored power. Error code no longer present. Ran a full test cycle and verified all components are properly engaging. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."
