Arrived on site to test unit for RC not cooling. Found air baffle and air tower damaged not allowing proper air flow into RC. Ordering parts and office to reschedule. ; ordrng 1 W11126274 (Air tower) and 1 W11206112 (Air baffle) and 1 W11026417 (Air control knob)

"Arrived on site to test unit for RC not cooling and FC over cooking. Upon arrival customer stated the RC wont stay cold and the FC has frost all over the unit. Inspected unit, found RC door is sitting lower than it should, causing the door frame to hit the lower trim piece and creating a gap for air to leak into the unit and frost. Found both washers have been placed onto the FC door hinge. Removed one washer and placed it on the RC door bracket. Door no longer hits the lower trim. Sealed all chassis to liner gaps with silicone and reheated all the gaskets with a heat gun to form to the frame. Doors are now sealing properly. Unit has entered a defrost cycle, advised customer that once the defrost cycle is completed, the unit should start cooling normally. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, no parts installed, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for gas smell, tested unit found gas shut off and customer stated that a company came out and found a leak in the flex pipe, but customer only is smelling gas when unit is in use, tested all joints and flex pipe with bubble solution and could not find any leak, used gas leak detector around and inside unit and could not detect any gas leak, customer just moved in and never had a gas range , explained to customer that gas range do have a residual gas smell and turn on vent will help, called safety to document, SR#7740203259, unit is running as designed, no leaks detected job complete"

"Arrived on site to test unit for not igniting. Upon arrival customer stated unit will not always ignite when using the bale cycle. Tested unit, found glow igniter not pulling the proper amperage and the glow is weak not allowing gas to flow and ignite. Replaced igniter (W11176454), tested unit, unit now ignites on every test cycle. Unit is running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."
