Arrived on site and replaced previously diagnosed RC door(LW10651576). Unit is now working as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on site to test unit for water leaking around door when steam feature in use. Replaced nozzle(W11230609) and verified with customer unit is working as designed. Advised customer to throw a towel in with items being steamed to help absorb some water especially when doing just one item. Unit is venting properly. Job complete.
