Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that was not cooling at all. Tested unit and found no frost pattern with compressor running. Unit has a sealed system failure and needs replacement. Arrived on site to replace icemaker to resolve failed icemaker with E5 error. Replaced icemaker and verified a cycle. Repair completed.

"Arrived on site to diagnose washer that had overfilled and ran 3 hours in a cycle. I checked the unit and found no error codes present. Customer says the load was set for Jeans and had 3 pairs of jeans when issue occurred. Ran unit on jeans cycle and saw normal water levels. Called into tech line, SR 7735861319. With cycles acting proper and no error codes customer advised to monitor and follow up with video of the cycle if issue repeats. No repair recommended since components testing good, customer will follow up if issues repeat. Call complete"
