"Dishwasher model KDTM704KPS. Verified F1E9 drain fault code. Pulled out unit and replaced drain pump W11412291. Noted that the drain hose from the dishwasher rises above the sink but then drops below the drain port for the garbage disposal, creating a secondary low spot that can hinder the drain pump from pushing out enough water during cycles. Elevated the drain hose to level with the garbage disposal drain port while retaining a loop to prevent backflow into the dishwasher. Ran dishwasher: filled with water, washed, and drained. No leaks detected at times of service. All water drained out properly."

"Arrived on site for refrigerator WRF767SDHZ00 not cooling at all. Examined unit and found fan is running, but compressor is cold and unpowered. Examined start device on compressor and found it tilted back at a roughly 30? angle, causing the top pin on the compressor to be unseated from the start device. This was due to the clip used and how it was positioned. I removed the clip from the start device and bent it / seated it to hold the device straight. Powered on unit and verified compressor kicked on immediately and unit is cooling. Repair completed. No water leaks observed."

Arrived on site for a dishwasher KDPM604KPS0 with a broken handle. I verified the damage and replaced the door panel w11416785. I tested the controls and everything is working as designed. No leaks detected while on site.

"Arrived on site to follow up on leaking WDT750SAKZ0 dishwasher. Installed gasket W11483553 and observed unit running. After about 20 minutes, found drip from front left corner. Pulled unit out and discovered water dripping down side of door. Adjusted new gasket W11483553 and tweaked hinge slightly to hold door better closed. Ran cycle again; leak resolved. Advised customer that if issue returns, left hinge and inner door will need replacement. No water leaks observed post service."

Arrived on site for dishwasher needing new harness. On arrival I installed w 11729441. Tested dishwasher and found no leaks and unit working as designed call complete.
