Found no damage to motor or tubs or hoses. Found suspension rods broken. Found the following parts are needed W10677265 cabinet(white), wpw10612925 nameplate, wp8564458 impact absorber(4x), w11130356 suspension and reported findings to safety team under Sr#7739777352. Safety team instructed customer to contact for further assistance but denied doing any repairs. Call complete"

Per previous diag replaced fan retainer, grommet, fan blade, and fill tube extension due to first three broken and last allowing water to leak onto the evap fan. Due to extended wobble time of fan blade with a blade broken off replaced evap fan motor as a precaution due to possible damage to bearing and shaft. Rechecked for water leak and found still leaking despite extension. Spoke to Travis at TL sr 7739689099. Unit is NR as no further repairs recommended at this time. TL has submitted LR. Customer to hear from CX in approx 3 business days. Job complete installed wp2315549 evap motor, w11700295 retainer, wp2176759 grommet, wp2174755 fill tube extension, and wp2169142 fan blade."
