Arrived onsite for washer making grinding noise. Customer stated that now the unit will not spin or agitate. I checked the bottom of the unit and found belt debris present. I pulled off the cover and the belt came off with it. I found the cam nut loose and allowing play on the cam up and down. This play caused the belt to fly off and grind against the pulley. I replaced the cam and belt and tested unit. Unit is now operating with no issues and operates as designed. No water leaks present at time of service. Call complete. Installed W11239857 BELT AND W10721967 SPLITCH ASSM W.

Arrived onsite for refrigerator not making ice.-7 Freezer 38.4 RC. Temps checked good and no error codes present. All sources lead to icemaker not working correctly. I replaced the icemaker and advised the customer he should see a bucket of ice between a day and a half. No water leaks present at time of service. Call complete. Installed W11658802 ICEMAKER.

"Arrived on site to install new vent in unit to resolve vent error. Replaced the vent and verified unit runs. Customer does not use rinse aid, and this is the likely cause of the poor quality dry. I advised them that the unit was designed to run with rinse aid, and by not using it the dryness will be significantly diminished. Unit working as designed, customer just needs to use some rinse aid if unit is to properly dry. Parts used - W11649995."

Arrived onsite to inspect damaged dishwasher. Upon arrival I found the outer door bottom left hand side to be dented outwards. The outer door will need to be replaced. Ordering W11613571 outer door. Office to RS.; ordrng 1 W11613571 (Outer door)

Arrived onsite for washer not advancing cycle. I tested in diagnostics mode and found a F9E1 long drain present. I confirmed the unit was not draining. I continuity checked the harness from the control for the drain pump and found it to be reading open line and no continuity. I ohmed out underneath the unit on the drain pump and drain pump checked good at 21.7 ohms. The harness has a break in the y split and will need to be replaced.
