Arrived on site to inspect ice machine KUIX535HPA02 making too much ice. Upon further inspection, the customer had cleaned the unit and just turned it on this morning. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested each component and found it operating as designed. I ohmed the bin thermistor and found 1.84 kohms which is equivalent to approximately 93 degrees. I removed and replaced the thermistor and retested and the unit continues to operate as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. WPW10511923

Arrived on site for dryer MED6230HW2 with condensation building. Customer clarified that this condensation shows up after cycles are run. They can empty the unit, and the next day there may be condensation on the door, or some on the bottom of the drum. At the time of service, thermostat was reading 71 with 50% humidity. The laundry room is on an outside wall with a very short vent, and no windfall. With the fact the dryer is unsealed in a heavily air conditioned room, condensation is forming due to the hot air that seeps past the vent and into the dryer, where it meets the colder room air. Unit heats and runs with no issues. Confered with PR who is in agreement, and recommended that customer adds a dryer vent draft blocker, which will minimize the hot air infiltration. Nothing wrong with the unit or any adjustments we can make to prevent this. Advised leaving the dryer door open to keep temps down.

Set oven to 235?F and ran oven; it tried to ignite then shut off, reignited and came on, but was slow to reach temperature and shut off mid-cycle. Possible bake harness grounding out. Ordered bake harness, burner, and cover. Rescheduled for next Wednesday. "Arrived on site to diagnose washer WFW5605MW0 with door closing / latching issues. Examined unit and found that the washer door has some slight sag, and as a result the strike is not always hitting the guide for the latch. Customer has to lift on the door to get it to close at times. Found no warping on the front panel, so sag is between the hinge and inner door panel. Ordering hinge and inner door to resolve. Office to schedule when both parts are here. ; ordrng 1 W11742046 (Hinge) and 1 W11703964 (Inner Door)"
