"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the inlet valve failure and the right RC doormgasket being torn, I removed and replaced both parts and tested. Unit is operating as designed. I cycled power at the breaker to reset the controls. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W10917313, W11567335"

Arrived on site to test unit for LF burner flame issues. Found sediment clothing fuel ports on burner head. Replaced burner head(W11319683) and unit now working as designed. No leaks detected. Job complete.

"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not dispensing water or making ice. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the ice maker in test 120 and it harvested as designed. Tested the fill tube in test 97 and I could hear the dual valve humming, but no water dispensed. Tested the water dispenser in test 96 and no water dispensed. I pulled the unit out onto my floor protector and gained access to the inlet valve. Removed the water line from the valve to the filter head and retested the water dispenser and no water came out of the valve. Also found the right RC door gasket torn. I am ordering the inlet valve and right RC door gasket and scheduled return service for 02/26/25. No water leaks observed during service. ; ordrng 1 W11567335 (Inlet valve) and 1 W10917313 (Right RC door gasket)"

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I found the unit stacked and removed the dryer from the top of the washer. Per previous techs diagnosis, I removed and replaced the main control and tested. Unit is operating as designed. Once I had the dryer back in place on top of the washer and secured to the washer, I retested in diagnostics step 12 and unit continues to operate as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W11583890"

"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator that is making a clicking /sound fairly often. On arrival noise was not present. I ran through diagnostic mode and found a clicking present from the rear with the condenser fan on. Noise is the tape / tags from the power cord tapping the back of the unit. Once I pulled the unit out and removed the tape, noise went away. Unit working as designed. No parts needed."
