Arrived onsite for unit making noise during use. Pulled unit and found air damper came loose and making contact with cooling fan. Secured damper and tested. Unit is now operating properly. Job complete

Arrived onsite for repeat defrost issue of frosted evap and cooling issues and verified the heater is operating in forced defrost. Arrived onsite for built-in GE refrigerator leaking overnight intermittently. Found unit evap drain had frozen and was causing runoff out the door during defrost. Cleared all ice and ensured unit was draining through the evap drain hose properly. Advised customer on repair and findings. . Unit is now operating as designed.
