"On arrival verified complaint of unit it stopping cycle at spin. Clothes were still wet in unit. Ran error codes and found f9e1.attempt to run drain but it didn't drain all the way. Possible bad drain as it could be frozen as it feeds into the yard see quick pics or bad pump. Recommend replacing pump. Visual inspection shows suspensions are leaning to the right. Attempted to re level unit but tub still unlevel. See quick pics. Ran spin test and tub still slightly wobbled. Repair on return will require gearcase, cam, belt, drain pump, and suspensions. Ordering suspensions W11130362 reschedule for 1/14 Customer requests soonest service and SS on return. ; ordrng 1 W11130362 (Suspension rods)"

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is intermittently flashing an F9 E1 (long drain) error code. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit seems to pop that error message up once every 3 to 4 weeks but if they unplug the unit and plug it back in after a couple hours, the unit will run fine again for several weeks. I did confirm the customers complaint when running through diagnostics. I checked the pressure hose and did not find any kinks or plugs inside of the drain hose. I did not find any tears in the drain hose as well. I went ahead and replaced the pressure switch and ran the unit through a diagnostic cycle. I found all components working and operating as designed. Call complete. WPW10448876."

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that is not washing dishes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit will fill with water and heat up, but will not actually re-circulate the water. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F4 E3 (wash motor not running) error code. I ran the unit through an auto test and confirmed the customers complaint. I went ahead and replaced the wash motor and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. W11613479."
