Arrived on site for a microwave model KMBD104GSS01 that is not heating and is making an abnormal noise. Inspected unit and work area. I confirmed the customers complaint and found the unit would buzz but not heat. I gained access inside and found the capacitor and diode in good condition but found the magnetron out of range. I replaced the magnetron W11596034 and tested the unit. The microwave began to work and operate as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a washing machine model WTW6157PW0 that is not completing cycles and wont unlock the lid. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised they drained the unit manually and tried starting a new cycle. However, the unit dod the same thing and wouldnt finish. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F9 E1 (long drain) error code. I checked the wire harness and found it in good condition. I checked the drain pump and found the impeller had been stripped due to glass inside of the drain pump. I replaced the drain pump W10876600 and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.

Arrived on site for an electric dryer model MGD4500MW1 that is leaving water at the bottom of the cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that some cycles leave water and others dont. She advised shes had this issue since she bought it. She said that the issue seems to happen on auto dry cycles instead of timed dry. I checked inside of the drum and confirmed the customers complaint. I found this machine does not have a steam option, thus does not have any water connections. I tested the dryer and found the unit tumbling and heating. I checked behind the unit and found no evidence of any airflow restrictions. I checked the vent going outside and found lint buildup in the vent outside and removed it. I found decent airflow coming out of the vent. I advised the customer that the moisture woukd be coming from the clothes and that water inside would indicate an airflow issue. I advised the customer that the machine was working properly but they may want to have their vent checked by a vent cleaning company. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts on a washing machine model MVWC565FW0. Inspected unit and work area. I replaced the gearcase W11454734, hub assembly W10528947, belt WPW10006384, and splutch assembly W10721967. I still found the basket wobbling on the drive shaft. I found nothing under the basket. I reassembled and tested the unit. I still found the machine was going off balance. Ordering the basket and the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to an out of stock and PSP item. ; ordrng 1 W10752719 (Basket)

Arrived on site for a washing machine model MVWC565FW0 that is not draining. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit goes completely off balance and will not complete a cycle. I tested the suspension and found the suspension was completely shot. I checked at the basket and found the basket wobbling on the drive shaft. I replaced the suspension. W11300362 and gained access to the hub assembly. I found it was completely stripped. I also found the gearcase was leaking oil inside. Ordering the gearcase and hub assembly for repair. I rescheduled the customer to 6/19. No leaks were present during service. ; ordrng 1 W11454734 (Gearcase) and 1 W10528947 (Hub assembly)

Arrive on site for a washing machine model MTW4205SW1 that is going off balance on every load. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised they have been delaying this for a while, where the unit will be spinning, and out of nowhere, the unit starts going off balance and walking the machine. They advised they have to stop the machine. I checked the suspension and found the suspension was fine. I did find the unit slightly unlevel and the tub leaning against the front panel. I checked the basket and found the basket properly secured to the drive shaft but wiggling a little bit. I used a flashlight to check the holes drilled into the basket due to the holes seemingly not being punched all the way through. I found no light was detected on the other side of the basket, indicating a manufacturing flaw. Ordering the basket and hub and the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to an out of stock and PSP item. ; ordrng 1 W11782065 (Basket) and 1 W10528947 (Hub)

We experienced a not so good visit. The man said the reason there was fluid in the bottom of drum. Was due to humidity. Well I haft to wipe out my dryer to get started drying my clothes. Oh and he said the heat could be doing it. I am dissatisfied!:(.
I never have seen a dryer to leak water before drying. I think something else is the issue and needs to be corrected.
