WRX735SDHZ07 Arrived on to install part#w11548535 tested product works as it's designed no water leaks visible from watersupply.

Arrived on site for refrigerator making a loud humming noise any time ice maker would fill after harvesting ice(per customer). On arrival found no noise coming from fans or fc/rc compartments. Confimr3d valve failure and am ordering W11548535 valve. Rescheduled customer for 11/13/24 to complete repairs. ; ordrng 1 W11548535 (Valve)

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnose to park. Inspected unit and work area. I installed the fill tube extension and test of the unit. I found the unit, dispense ice and fill the ice maker without any leaks present during operation. Call complete. WPW10496649."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is making an abnormal humming sound. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advisor. The same thing is happening as before. The customer showed me a video of the sound, which it sounded like the evaporator fan hitting ice. Advised they have been seeing water trickling down the backside of their freezer liner again when the unit fills causing the issue. I spoke to SW and was advised to order the fill tube extension. Ordering the park and rescheduled the customer to 10/8.; ordrng 1 WPW10496649 (Fill tube extension)"

Arrived on site for refrigerator not making ice or dispensing water. On arrival found lower ice maker and dispenser working but found triple valve in rc failing to get water to upper rc icemaker. Replaced valve w11579561 and tested for leaks. Found no leaks and dispenser and both ice makers working as designed. Call complete
