"Arrived on site for a range that has uneven cooking flames. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that her left two burners seem to have wildly uneven flames on the burners and they are also having an issue with their oven cooking evenly. I tested temperature in the oven and ran the unit up to 400?F. I found temperatures fluctuate between 423?F and 363?F, giving an average temperature of 393?F. I checked the temperature at 350?F and found similar fluctuations with an average temperature of 344?F. I checked the burners and condition from the left. Two burners were seemingly having uneven flames on the right hand side of each burner. I checked the offices and found the orifices were correct, and attempted to reposition the burner caps. I found that even with the burner caps being completely square, they were still having uneven flames. I replaced the burner heads and tested the unit. I still had the same issue. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Dillon SR# 7740278751. He advised that the oven seem to be within range, and that there was really no way to calibrate this unit. In regards to the burners, he had me send him several photos of the flame heights on all burners, orifices, and the burner heads and caps. He advised that there really would be nothing altering the flame heights besides the flame spreader which we already replaced. He checked in with engineering and they advised that there had concerns about potential gas pressure coming to the house and would require the customer to get a gas pressure check from the gas company prior to any further repair. The customer will contact her gas company and will call back if any other issues persist. Call complete. WPW10636224."

"Arrived on site for washer not working. On arrival confirmed issue but found no errors in diagnostics. During tests I found hub drive broken due a failing gearcase as well as the incorrect retainer was installed(per techline) leading to repeat issue, ordering W11385424 retainer clip and will need to return with gearcase and other parts sent. Rescheduled customer for 11/8/24; ordrng 1 W11385424 (Retainer)"

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that initially when he called in, the freezer wasnt working but the refrigerator was still cool. I advise that since then, the refrigerator has also stopped going as well. He did advise that he had another company come out to diagnosed, a compressor failure but that they did not perform that kind of work. I gained access to the compressor area and found the compressor running and hot to touch. I took an amp draw off the compressor and found it pulling .343 A indicating of wheat compressor or a leak. The unit will need a sealed system repair. Ordering all parts in the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to limited parts availability and need for a three hour service.; ordrng 1 W11580057 (Compressor) and 1 WPW10143759 (Drier) and 1 W11506635 (Access Valve) and 1 W11678305 (Precooler)"

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not cooling properly. Inspected unit and work area. I checked the freezer temperature and found the freezer at 18?F. Found no evidence of any defrost issue in the freezer section. I gained access to the compressor area and found a leak present at the return line coming from the condenser. I evacuated the charge and rib raised the line. I charged the ended up with 125 psi of nitrogen and found pressure hold for 25 minutes. I vacuumed down the unit to -31 psi and found pressures hold again. I charged the ended up with 56 g of R600 and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designs. Call complete. No parts were replaced.
