"Arrived on site to replace previously diagnosed latch, replaced latch and ran diagnostics cycle, found motor not engaging just buzzing, replaced capacitor and tested unit is now running as designed,

"Arrived onsite for unit not getting water. Upon arrival test unit and UI responding but unit is not operating. Ran diagnostics and unit not going into diagnostics. Getting correct voltage to control just not getting voltage to any components. Need to replace control to be able to test rest of unit.

Arrived onsite for no power. Upon arrival test polarity and is correct. Console is not responding. Removed console to inspect and test voltage from control to console. Am getting 120 to control. Customer stated that after storm the unit would no longer operate.Getting 3v to console. Need to replace console and control. Job complete

"Arrived on site to to test unit for no cool, tested unit found compressor attempting to start but shuts off, pulling 18 amps, ceased compressor, compressor suction line is charred has a black oil dripping out of it, looks like a system burn out, I do not recommend proceeding with any repair.

"Arrived on site to replace Heating Element - SP W11540964 - Special Project S17304, replaced heater, tested unit, unit now functioning properly, no leaks detected job complete"
