Arrived on site for oven not heating properly. Arrived on site and cx told me her sourdough bread is not coming out right when baking 5 at a time. Used thermal coupler to teste temps. Set bake to 350 and unit heated to over 350, shit off element and let temp drop to under 350 before coming back on. Units temps are within range and normal at this time. Showed cx how to calibrate temps but 5 sour dough loafs are going to soak up a lot of heat and require a longer cooking time. Cx understood unit is working as designed at this time. No parts replaced at this time.

Arrived on site for a noisy dryer while spinning. Upon arrival ran unit and it is vibrating heavily. Disassembled unit and found excessive lint build up in the blower wheel. Removed lint with vacuum and proceeded to replace 4392067 repair kit. Re assembled unit and tested with cx present. Unit is much quieter and cx is pleased. Unit is working normally at this time!

Potentially cause ice maker to shut off and on if switch its stuck open. Ordering W11396033 door switch and W11415785 fill tube. No water leaks detected at this time. No parts replaced . Customer agreed to reschedule April 3rd; ordrng 1 W11396033 (Door switch) and 1 W11415785 (Fill tube)

Inspected suspension and leveling g and are good. Found unit is slightly leaning back. Found floor at rear of machine is sagging downward. I Uploaded pictures on SD. I pulled unit out of dip and test unit and is no operating without shaking and vibrating excessively. The unit is operating as designed. No leaks present. Job complete"
