411.Arrived on site for SAFTEY oven gets too hot. Upon arrival customer states that the glass on door gets too hot. Preheated oven to 400. Unit preheated and began temperature cycles. I let unit cycle 3 times and averaged 411 degrees. Contacted techline and spoke with Rich. Rich referred me to job aid for oven surface temperatures. He determined that unit is operating as designed. Arrived on site for unit with no power and tripping breaker. Unit is in apartment 8304. Upon arrival maintenance department mentioned that the unit trips the breaker after about 2 minutes every time. inspected unit and breaker is tripped. Restored power and unit began to operate. The unit tripped breaker immediately. During inspection found harness to icemaker is pinched. Uploaded picture to SD. Disconnected icemaker and test unit. Unit is now operating without tripping breaker. Contacted claims an confirmed This unit initially does not come with icemaker and was installed by previous apartment management. Unit is operating as designed. Maintenance will need to replace icemaker . Job complete

Arrived on site to install previously ordered parts. Test motor resistance at control and is good. Test capacitor and is within capacitance. Replaced control W11608056. Calibrated unit and calibrated correctly. Ran a quick cycle and unit is operating as designed. No leaks present at this time. Job complete
