Found failed left hinge. Removed and replaced hinge. Rested door and it opens and closes fine and dies not fall done.

"Arrived on site for lid seems too open too far and hitting knob. Upon arrival, inspected unit. Customer showed his concern. Disassembled unit to inspect hinges and bushings. Found that the new right hinge is slightly different than original. Replaced right himge W11513247. Test lid and made a slight difference. Explained to customer that there are no parts missing or broken and there is no other parts that can be added or modified. Unit is operating as designed. Job complete"

Arrived on onsite for unit not functioning. Customer stated after load was finished the drain pump stayed on even though there was no water. Tested and found pressure system failure and control board failure. Replaced control. Tested and unit is now functioning properly. Job complete
