Techline SR# 7739127699, got a hold of engineering and was able to determine that the ui previously sent for repairs was not the correct part to and it in stead needs W11670421, but they will need to research and confirm new part number is an exact match before we reschedule for repairs. Arrived on site for refrigerator needing sleeve. Upon arrival installed wp2174755 sleeve. Tested unit and found no leaks. Call complete

"Arrived on site for cooktop needing new ui control. Upon arrival confirmed failure and replaced control ui w11557697. Found f1e0 error still occuring and resetting unit didnt work. Techline was closed due to holiday. Ordering W11350303 main control, W11259509 control, W11111812 harness and will need office to reschedule once availability of parts is known.; ordrng 1 W11350303 (Main control) and 1 W11259509 (Control) and 1 W11111812 (Harness)"

"Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed part. Inspected unit and work area. I replaced the user interface and tested the unit. I found the user interface was responding to touch and would be, but nothing would turn on. After two minutes, I found the user interface read an F1 E0 (replace the UI) error code. I attempted to power cycle it and clear the code, but could not get the unit to function. I called whirlpool techline and spoke to Drew SR# 7739127699. He checked the part number to ensure that that was the correct part number advise that it seemed to be correct and that we just may have gotten a bad board. He advised to re-order the part and if any other issues persist, we will need to run a Parts in Quarry with whirlpool from that point. Re-ordering the part in the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to an out of stock and PSP item. W11557697; ordrng 1 W11557697 (UI)"

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is making noises intermittently. The customer showed me a video of what was happening and it sounded like the evaporator fan was hitting ice. I gained access to the evaporator fan area and found water had been leaking from the icemaker fill tube and had been collecting in the evaporator fan area causing the fans hit ice. Ive removed all the ice and called Whirlpool Techline. I spoke to Robert SR# 7739126701. He advised that there is a new service pointer that will be coming out for this issue, and to order a fill tube sleeve. Ordering the part and rescheduled the customer to 6/3.
