WFW560CHW4 Arrived on site for a washer with door lock issues. On arrival I ran diagnostic and found long drain door was locked and didn't open . I had to unlock the door from the inside of machine water was sitting . I removed all water and removed filter not enough trash to prevent drain from working further inspection found a piece of cardboard covering drain from tub to drain pump removed and replaced door lock product works as it's designed . No water leaks visible from main water supply.

"On arrival verified complaint of leaking. Possibly from transport during moving, visual inspection of the unit shows no physical damage to drum or hoses. Bellow has no signs of damage. Drain pump is in good condition. Rust inside shows long history of leaking water as well as a lot of dried soap. Ran quick cycle and found no leaks. Further inspection of unit shows watermarks showing leaking from vent in back. When running quick cycle empty There was a lot of soap like a bubble bath. Customer did state they wash towels that had dawn dish soap in them. Advised customer how to clean the unit and the importance of rinsing those towels before washing. Advised on proper use and care. Job complete no parts installed. Unable to follow up with SW MGMT as it was after hours."

"WFES3530RS0 Arrived on site for a range tripping breaker. On arrival product was working as its designed but client said it was tripping breaker when they preheated oven. I replaced bake,broil and control . Removed ground wire preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. Rewired ground back on and preheated to five hundred degrees temperature reached without tripping breaker. I checked polarity and voltage readings were correct recommend client to contact home builder if it happens again. Calling whirlpool safety no answer will have to call back."

On arrival verified complaint of unit not cooling. Visual inspection shows burned start device and audible short cycling compressor. Start device sent was defective and missing pieces. Used WP2319792 from SS stock. Compressor then started up and began running. Advised customer to monitor temps. Unit is in a garage so advised customer the lower temps of weather right now can affect cooling. Job complete installed WP2319792. Ordering replenishment ; ordrng 1 WP2319792 (SS replenishment)

"I called the customer on the way to his house to inform him of my arrival. The customer stated that the range has been working since they called n, and they didn't believe that they needed any further service. I did explain to the customer.Our process with the complaint and what we do to ensure this does not happen again. The customer stated that he didn't want to waste his wife's time and that because it was working, they wanted to cancel service for the time being. He advised that he would call back if any other issues persist but did not want service at this time. I spoke to DW and was advised to notate the customer will call back if any other issues persist. Call complete. No parts were installed."
