"Arrived on site to test unit for not spinning. Upon arrival customer stated previous repair did not fully fix the issue, still not spinning clothes out. Tested unit, when running a drain and spin unit would not reach targeted speed. Inspected under the unit components, found rotor bolt has seized to the gear case. Had to drill out the bolt, found wear on both the clutch and slider. Recommend replacing gear case, clutch, slider, and control. Contacted claims thread for autho, replaced gear case (W11449841), clutch (W10754448), slider (W10734521) and control (W11419171). Tested unit, all components are properly engaging and unit is now reaching targeted speed and spinning clothes out. Unit is running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

Arrived on site to test unit for no ice production. Found feeler arm was warped and getting caught on ice mold tricking unit into thinking bin was full. Replaced ice maker(W11455232). Ice maker completed harvest properly. Unit is now working as designed. No leaks detected. Job complete

Arrived on site to test unit for freezing items in RC. Found diffuser not responding. Replaced diffuser assembly(W11645127) and when trying to plug in noticed pin to blue wire was bent and preventing proper contact in molex connections. Bent pin back into place and verified diffuser now opening and closing as designed. No leaks detected. Job complete.
