New Berlin Appliance Repair, Frequently Asked Questions
What appliances does Appliance Express repair in New Berlin?
We repair all major household appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, dishwashers, ovens, ranges, cooktops, and microwaves. We are factory-certified on Whirlpool, KitchenAid, Maytag, Amana, and Jenn-Air. If you’re unsure whether we service your brand or model, call us at (512) 819-0670 and we’ll confirm before you schedule.
Do you offer same-day appliance repair in New Berlin?
Yes, we stock parts for over 90% of the repairs we see, so most New Berlin calls are completed in a single visit. Call us at (512) 819-0670 or schedule online and we’ll get a technician to your door as quickly as possible.
Should I repair or replace my appliance?
Our technicians give you an honest assessment. Appliances under 10 years old where the repair costs less than half the price of a replacement are almost always worth fixing. For older units or sealed-system issues, replacement may make more sense, and we’ll tell you that upfront before any work begins.
How does pricing work for appliance repair in New Berlin?
We charge a diagnostic service call fee to identify the problem. Once we’ve diagnosed the issue, we provide a complete repair quote covering parts and labor, and you approve the price before we start any work. No hidden fees, no surprises. If you choose not to proceed with the repair, you only pay the service call fee.
What warranty does Appliance Express offer in New Berlin?
Every repair we perform in New Berlin is backed by our 1-Year warranty on parts, labor, and service. If the same issue returns within a year, we come back and make it right, no questions asked.

Arrived on site to diagnose a microwave/oven combination for the customers concern that the microwave was not starting correctly. Tested the unit multiple times and found the microwave starting and operating properly with no error codes or functional issues present. During inspection, found that the microwave door was not always being closed completely, preventing the door from making proper contact with the interlock switches. This would prevent the microwave from starting as a safety feature. Demonstrated to the customer the proper way to open and securely close the microwave door and explained that the door switches are sensitive and require the door to be fully engaged before the unit will operate. Customer opened, closed, and started the microwave several times successfully. Unit is currently starting, heating, and operating as designed. No parts are needed at this time. Job complete.
