"Arrived on site to inspect unit for hot air coming out of gap. Upon closer found top panel not connected on left side and could be lifted up. Found left locking tab had a lot of play even after adjusting to panel, and attempting to spreading locking mechanism left side has significant play and can be moved up and down while the right side cannot. Also found top panel maybe warped and could be cause of issue. Ordering locks and top panel as precautionary. Office to reschedule. NO PARTS USED. ; ordrng 2 WP8066092 (Lock)s and 1 WP8563663 (Top)"

"Arrived on site to inspect unit for not heating. Upon closer inspection found magnetron not buzzing found mag failed. Replaced mag, tested unit, unit is now heating. Job complete. USED W10818686"

"Arrived on site to test unit for losing power intermittently. Upon arrival customer stated unit will work fine but randomly the console will shut off and reboot. Also never keeps the correct time. Unit is stuck in a power cycle due to software corruption. Replaced console (W11297728) and assisted customer in connecting the unit to wifi. Unit is now running as designed, job complete."
