Arrived on site to diagnose dryer with complaint of drum not spinning. Upon initial test, unit powered on and attempted to start; motor could be heard humming/trying to engage, but drum was not rotating. Gained access to internal components by removing the rear panel to inspect the blower housing and drive system. Found a piece of clothing lodged in the blower wheel, preventing it from turning freely. This obstruction was causing the motor to bind and not fully start, which in turn prevented the drum from rotating. Carefully removed the obstruction from the blower wheel and verified that the wheel spins freely with no damage. Reassembled unit and performed operational test. Motor started normally, blower wheel and drum are now rotating properly, and airflow is restored. Ran unit through a cycle to ensure proper operation no abnormal noises or further issues observed. Unit is now functioning as designed. Job complete.

Arrived on site to diagnose range for gas odor present when oven is in use. Verified customer complaint and proceeded to test unit operation. During inspection, found the outer oven door glass was not seated correctly within the door frame, creating a gap. This misalignment was allowing heat and combustion odors to escape from the oven cavity during operation, which was perceived as a gas smell. Removed and properly repositioned the outer glass, ensuring it was fully secured and aligned within the door assembly. Confirmed all mounting points and brackets were tightened and the door seal was making proper contact. Tested unit by operating the oven at standard temperature and monitored for any abnormal odors. Unit is now operating as designed with no gas smell present during use. Job complete. Contacted Techline to test unit and found no leaks present 23393367 and safety to report findings. Tested outlet and confirmed no incoming voltage with breaker not tripped. Arrived on site to diagnose range with oven not heating Verified incoming voltage to the unit and confirmed the range is properly supplied with power. Set the oven to bake and observed that the unit was not heating. Performed further diagnostics and inspected the bake element. Found the bake element to be open (failed), preventing the oven from generating heat. Removed the faulty bake element and installed a new OEM bake element.Reassembled the unit and tested operation. Set oven to bake and monitored preheat cycle. Unit successfully reached and maintained 350F with proper heating function restored. Confirmed normal operation at this time. Job complete.
