Arrived on site to test unit for unit not having power. Checked all connections and found loose white wire at junction. Secured connection test unit and unit test good job complete. NO PARTS USED.

Arrived on site to test unit for unit giving f8E4. Found water in float pan. Removed water test unit and unit test good T this time job complete.

"Arrived on site to test unit for screeching noise, tested unit found a a screw holding the shield fell out and got stuck between cam pulley and cover, when customer would run larger loads it would grind on the cam damaging it, replaced cam, secured cover with larger diameter screws, tested unit unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected job complete"
