"Arrived on site for an electric dryer model MED5630HW2 that is making scraping sounds when the unit is running. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that the machine came dented, and when they complained about it to their retailer, they were outside of their 48-hour return policy. I found the right rear side panel dented and leaning inward, causing the basket to rub against the right-hand side panel when running. The side panel will need to be replaced. "Arrived on site for electric dryer model WED4815EW1 not drying clothes. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised unit tumbles and heats but takes 2-3 cycles to dry. Tested dryer and confirmed complaint. Accessed exterior vent and found light airflow out of vent. Accessed rear and removed vent hose; found water and lint buildup inside. Removed all debris and retested unitincreased airflow observed. Advised customer of venting issue; explained all possible on-site fixes done, but further home vent cleaning needed. Unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts installed."

"Arrived on site for a wall oven model KOEC530PSS01 with issues of the microwave turntable not turning and the oven door not closing completely. Customer reported the turntable works only when pressing the on/off button and mentioned the door was previously serviced by another company, leaving slight play on the left side. Checked settings and found the turntable option turned off. Switched it back on, tested the microwave, and confirmed it heated and turned as designed. Inspected the oven door, noted hinges and receivers in good condition, but found a 1mm to 2mm gap on the left side. Ran a broil cycle at 550?F and felt no heat escape. Contacted Whirlpool Techline, spoke to Austin SR # 7742424141, who advised that slight play is normal for this model due to hinge design. He confirmed the unit operates within specs since no heat escapes and advised no repair at this time. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a dishwasher that still is not work8ng and is flashing an error code. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that after the previous technician left, the machine never was able to run through a full cycle and would not accept any selections. He stated that he had asked the previous technician to replace plastic cover over the user interface and was told that it was a cosmetic issue, so it could not be replaced under warranty. He advised that the user interface had a weird display and did not show any time but when he hit start, it started to run. He advised that it was unable to get through more than twenty minutes of the cycle before the unit started beeping at him and flashing an error code. He advised that the unit would not progress any further, and he has not been able to get it to start since. I did confirm the customer's complaint and found the user interface showing a dull 868 on the led screen. I found it would flash an F6 E1 (UI: no response from ACU) error code. I went ahead ahead and replaced the control and console and tested the unit. I still found that with the new control that the user interface was still not working properly and would not accept any selections. Ordering the user interface again and rescheduled the customer to 7/17. The customer is requesting sooner service.; ordrng 1 W11632709 (UI)"

Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. Because we're advised that the ice maker just completely quit and would not make any more. I found the motor stuck in a position that looked like it was in the middle of a harvest but would not turn. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found all tests passed except the harvest test. I found the motor not moving and found an E2 (motor lost position) error code for the icemaker. I went ahead and replaced the ice maker and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete. W11658802.

Arrived on sitor dryer with timer rotating on its own. On arrival contacted techline Sr#7740230858 and reported findings. Went through tests and was recommended to replaced control wpw10476828 due to previous issue with it being locked it properly but couldnt replicate failure before or after repair. Techline instructed customer get a video of issue if it does return before any further repairs could be made. Dryer is working as designed. Call complete
