Arrived on sitor dryer with timer rotating on its own. On arrival contacted techline Sr#7740230858 and reported findings. Went through tests and was recommended to replaced control wpw10476828 due to previous issue with it being locked it properly but couldnt replicate failure before or after repair. Techline instructed customer get a video of issue if it does return before any further repairs could be made. Dryer is working as designed. Call complete

Arrived on site for dryer not completing cycles properly. On arrival found a stable power supply and found timer functioning. Found sensor chip installed to the left of timer console had not been inserted properly and wasnt able to register sensor temps on sense cycle and I slotted it into locked position. Also found thrmst-fix wp8318268 at 4.9k at room temp and replaced it. Tested dryer and found unit working as designed. Call complete

"Arrived on site for wall oven showing f3e0 in normal operation and causing fan to stay on low speed continuously. On arrival confirmed error but inspected sensor both directly at sensor and through harness from ACU and found a constant 1.1k at room temp. Found ui panel w11600370 and ACU w11261167 both had out of date software causing failure, replaced both parts and instructed customer on how to update unit using the app. Found wall oven working as designed. Call complete"

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer open the door and showed me that the unit has not been making ice. After she open the door, I found a split wire immediately on the underside of the door, causing the issue. Ordering the stainless freezer door and will return with the icemaker. The office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to an out of stock and PSP item. No parts were installed.; ordrng 1 LW10691266 (Freezer Door)"
