"Ive done site for a washing machine that wont drain. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that the unit completely quit in the middle of the cycle and that the lid finally unlocked but that there is still water inside of the washing machine. I did confirm the customers complaint and gained access underneath. I found the issue due to a split wire on the wire harness. I replaced the wire harness and went to test the unit. I found the lights on the touch panel, moving from side to side, indicating that the unit was in some sort of demo mode. I could not find any demo mode within the unit and spoke to PR. Advised he believe the issue would be with the main control. I replaced the main control and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed with no leaks present during operation. Call complete. W11626074 and W11643701."

Arrived on site for range that door wouldnt lock. On arrival found that this model doesnt have any door lock or locking feature other then the control lock for button functions. Informed customer they would need to whirlpool or home depot for further assistance in getting a style that includes door lock. Reported findings to techline sr#7739876172. Call complete

"On arrival verified complaint of not advancing cycle. Ran error codes and got low flow error, ran component test and found cold valve not activating, Water valves at wall were reduced. Opened valves fullly and ran normal cycle unit still doesnt activate cold valve. Found main not sending voltage to valve. Replaced main board. Operational test is now good. job complete no leaks detected during service. Used w11603810"

Arrived on site for refrigerator making a knocking noise when water was dispensed through door but not ice maker. Found valve failing and replaced it. Found no slamming noise present when dispensing water and no leaks. Call complete

Arrived on site for refrigerator making a loud noise when ice maker was done filling. Upon arrival tested ice maker and found valve slamming shut to hard when closed.
