We are factory-certified on Whirlpool, KitchenAid, Maytag, Amana, and Jenn-Air. If you’re unsure whether we service your brand or model, call us at (512) 819-0670 and we’ll confirm before you schedule.

Yes — we stock parts for over 90% of the repairs we see, so most Morgan calls are completed in a single visit. Call us at (512) 819-0670 or schedule online and we’ll get a technician to your door as quickly as possible.
Should I repair or replace my appliance?
Our technicians give you an honest assessment. Appliances under 10 years old where the repair costs less than half the price of a replacement are almost always worth fixing. For older units or sealed-system issues, replacement may make more sense — and we’ll tell you that upfront before any work begins.
How does pricing work for appliance repair in Morgan?
We charge a diagnostic service call fee to identify the problem. Once we’ve diagnosed the issue, we provide a complete repair quote covering parts and labor — and you approve the price before we start any work. No hidden fees, no surprises. If you choose not to proceed with the repair, you only pay the service call fee.
What warranty does Appliance Express offer in Morgan?
Every repair we perform in Morgan is backed by our 1-Year warranty on parts, labor, and service. If the same issue returns within a year, we come back and make it right — no questions asked.

"Arrived on site for electric dryer model WED5100HW3 that is catching lint. Inspected unit and work area. Customer stated they've had the issue since installing this new dryer, with lint building up in the wall. They mentioned the installation people added a new vent cover and weren't sure if that contributed. Checked outside and found a plastic mesh covering the dryer vent, causing the restriction. Showed customer the issue and advised it's not a problem with the dryer itself. Recommended replacing the lint cover. Unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for an electric dryer model MED4500MW0 that is not heating. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit just stopped heating. I tested the dryer and confirmed the customer's complaint. I checked and found proper voltage and polarity going to the unit. I found no fluctuations in voltage when trying to start the machine. I gained access to all heating components and found the thermal CT off blown. I checked continuity between the element and the heater housing. However, I did find the heater sagging a little. I replaced the heating element 279838 and thermal cutoff W10900067 and tested the dryer with the vent removed. I found temperatures fluctuating between a 124?F and 168?F, averaging a temperature of 146. This would indicate the machine is cycling properly without the vent attached. I tested the dryer with the vent hose attached and found a lack of airflow and temperatures taking an extremely long time to cycle. I looked into the vent hose but couldn't see anything going into the wall. I did notice the vent hose was extremely long and was bending multiple directions before going into the floor. I explained that the customer may want to shorten the vent hose and look into the vent issue due to the airflow restriction. I did advise that without fixing either of those issues, the dryer will continue to run into this issue. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete."

"I arrived on site for a refrigerator that is leaking water off the back wall in the freezer. Inspected unit and work area. In fun entry, I gained access to the freezer and did not find any water the presence inside of the freezer section. The customer advised that the back wall in the freezer was dripping water, and most of the stuff in their freezer was wet. They advised they shut off water to the ice maker, and it has since gone away. I found no evidence of any defrost issue in the freezer section and took the temperature of both sections. I found the freezer at 3?F, and the refrigerator at 37?F. I gained access to the fill tube in the ice maker area and did not find the fill tube frozen over. I tested the ice maker and ice maker filling tests. I found no issues with either testing and did not find any leaks coming from the icemaker area. The customer advised that it was not heavy moisture, but they were seeing light frost and showed me to ice container as a reference of the light frost. I did advise the customer that because I could not ruplicate the issue with the icemaker, or anything else, I couldn't see any issues with the refrigerator. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Kurt SR# 7741718658. He advised that based on all my checks, there is no other water lines running in the freezer, and the only thing that would make sense is if the door wasn't properly sealed due to not shutting it all the way or something impeding the door to close. He advised that either way, the machine is working and operating as designed and to make no further repair at this time. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has an odor. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit works and runs just fine. However, she had some meat thaw in the refrigerator section and that it caused a nasty odor inside of her refrigerator and freezer sections. She advised that she has tried to clean out the refrigerator, and the smell still remains. She advised that there must be something that we can do to fix this issue. I inspected the refrigerator section and could not find any evidence of any spillage leftover. I checked the drip 0an in the back and did not find and abnormal smells or debris in the drip pan. I called the Whirlpool techline and spoke to Chris SR# 7741718658. He advised that smells can only be removed from things like activated charcoal, coffee beans, or baking sodas which attract and absorb odors and bacteria. He advised there was nothing we could do from a service standpoint that would eliminate this issue. The customer advised she did not want to use baking soda but may try other options. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed."
