Arrived on site for a washing machine model WTW5105HW0 that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised they could not get the machine to finish. They said it throws an error code and does not spin out. I ran the unit it through diagnostics and found an F9 E1 (long drain), F7 E6 (open motor circuit), F7 E1 (basket speed fault), F7 E7 (basket unable to reach target RPM), and F0 E7 (load detected when running the clean washer cycle) error codes. I found water at the bottom of the basket and attempted to drain the machine. I heard the drain pump buzzing, but no water was draining. I removed the water with a shop back and gained access to the drain pump. I found the drain pump impeller broken, causing the issue. I replaced the drain pump and checked all other components. I found the belt and cam extremely worn. I replaced both parts (W11239857 and W10721967) and tested the unit. The unit it began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a washing machine model MVW4505MW2 that is making abnormal noises. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the machine makes noise every time it spins and the noise changes. He showed me several videos of the sounds it makes. I heard what sounded like normal operation for most of the videos but had one video that I couldnt tell what was happening as the video doesnt show any hoses or any other angles to show where the noise was coming from. I ran the unit into diagnostics and found no stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test, and the unit ran as designed with no abnormal sounds present. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Dillon SR# 23018205. He had me send the videos the customer could provide and advised that based on the customers complaint and noises heard, the unit is working and operating as designed. He advised that the newer machines do make more noises than previous models and concrete flooring can amplify the sounds coming from the machine. He advised there was no functional repair we could make to make this unit any quieter and to make no further repair at this time. Call complete. No parts were installed and no leaks were present during service.

Further information I found dead roach infestation on the ui control and the control board. Causing the product not to heat. Both parts and possible the thermal fuse will be needed . "Arrived on site for a washing machine model MVW4505MW2 that is not starting or turning on. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that the water had drained and the unit seemed to finish the cycle, but after one load, the machine stopped working. I tested thebwasher and confirmed the customer's complaint. I checked voltage at the control and found no voltage going to the control. I checked voltage at the plug and found none either. I checked the breaker and found it had tripped. I checked all components and found all loads (drain pump, valve, and motor) within range. I found no evidence of any leaks underneath the machine. I turned the breaker on and found the machine turn on. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found no stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test and found all portions of the machine working and operating as designed without tripping the breaker. I also found that the amperage stayed under 11A during testing. I advised the customer that the issue appeared to be with his breaker and that he may want to get that checked if he runs into any further issues. The customer signed the incoming voltage waiver, and no leaks were present during service. Call complete. No parts were installed."
