Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is warming up in the refrigerator section and has frost buildup in the freezer. Inspected unit and work area. Confirmed customer complaint and remove the evaporator cover. Found the heater connectors disconnected. Found the issue is with the tension on the freezer evaporator harness causing an excess strain on those connector pieces when tied together. Went ahead and remove one of the zip ties holding some of the lines together to free up some extra line space. Reconnect the connectors and check resistance through the bimetal and the heater. Both are within range. Checked at the control board and found proper resistance. Advise the customer the issue was probably just with the heater being disconnected. Defrosted unit and the unit is not working as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site for refrigerator not dispensing ice. Upon arrival confirmed issue. Found bucket full of ice and auger motor working as designed. Found bent teeth in bucket causing the ice jam. Replaced bucket and informed customer to give unit 24hrs to fill bucket back up. Call complete

"Arrived to instal previously diagnosed and ordered part. I entered service test mode and found F7E5, F8E3 stored in memory. I tested within manual mode and found the issue as described in prior service notes. I inspected the lower harness area and found the drain pump wires badly pinched within the pumps side harness retainer and tugging the harness away from the shifter and capacitor. I freed the wiring and tested the capacitor, verifying 46.46uf. I re-tested the unit and could not recreate the issue and then calibrated. Through multiple manual and automatic service test modes, the issue did not show back up. I tested the unit within CX mode and it filled and sensed as designed. After it filled to the proper level and started agitating, I interrupted it and then went to drain and spin and the unit worked as designed. I had the CX add a load of towels and it sensed/filled and agitated as designed. I attribute the prior failure to the wiring harness issue that I corrected. Operational test good, no leaks observed during service."

"Arrived on site for refrigerator thats not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that the unit had processor prior to losing cool but when he unplugged it and plugged it back in after defrosting it, the unit has been working since. Did not see any evidence of any kind of defrost issue on the evaporator even though the unit has been running for a little over a week. Tested resistance on the heater and found it within range. Checked the defrost by metal and found it closed. Spoke to PR and was advised to check resistance and continuity from the board. Found the wire harness shared continuity. Was advised that this issue couldve been caused by a door being left open in the freezer due to this being the first time this is happened. Customer will call back if further issues persist. Call complete."
