"On arrival on site for a dubble wall oven not heating. On arrival, I ran diagnostic and only got stuck key F2E1 . Further information I found dead roach infestation on the ui control and the control board. Causing the product not to heat. Both parts and possible the thermal fuse will be needed . I quoted the client 997.86 for parts and labor. The client decided not to move forward with the repair. I quoted the client $149.99 plus tax for service only. $162.36 CC Auth# RUR49H"

"Arrived on site for a washing machine model MVW4505MW2 that is not starting or turning on. Inspected unit and work area. The customer stated that the water had drained and the unit seemed to finish the cycle, but after one load, the machine stopped working. I tested thebwasher and confirmed the customer's complaint. I checked voltage at the control and found no voltage going to the control. I checked voltage at the plug and found none either. I checked the breaker and found it had tripped. I checked all components and found all loads (drain pump, valve, and motor) within range. I found no evidence of any leaks underneath the machine. I turned the breaker on and found the machine turn on. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found no stored error codes. I ran the unit through an auto test and found all portions of the machine working and operating as designed without tripping the breaker. I also found that the amperage stayed under 11A during testing. I advised the customer that the issue appeared to be with his breaker and that he may want to get that checked if he runs into any further issues. The customer signed the incoming voltage waiver, and no leaks were present during service. Call complete. No parts were installed."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine model MVW4505MW2 that is not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the machine seems to run but every load is running for hours and doesn't seem to want to finish. Hr even stated that one load ran all night and he had to cancel it in the morning. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F8 E1 (long fill) error code. I ran the unit through an auto test and found all components working and operating as designed, but found it couldn't hear it drain. I lifted the drain hose out of the wall and found the drain hose was 7 feet long and was down 3 feet in the wall. I removed the hose and found water residue all over the drain hose. The customer cut down their hose and i went ahead and replaced the control W11740022. I ran the unit through a diagnostic test again and found the unit working and operating as designed with no leaks present during operation. Call complete."
