"Arrived on site to diagnose range that was not heating. On arrival customer told me things seemed to take longer to cook than expected, and burners don't stay red hot. I advised cycling of burners was normal, and this is how the unit is designed. I checked incoming voltage and found voltage and polarity good, but had attached itself to the L1 wire and cooked itself. Removed from unit and verified proper function. Repair completed."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine. That is not draining. Inspected unit in work area. Found the washer on the front porch. Move the washer to an area with an electrical supply and added water hoses to a splitter off the garden hose to test the unit. Did confirm that the customer could not drain the unit after filling the unit with water. Drain the water out of the unit manually and check the drain pump. Found a nail stuck in the drain pump assembly, causing the issue. Due to how long the unit continue to drain and potential issues with stripping the impeller, went ahead and replaced the drain pump. Tested the unit and the unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."

Arrived on site for ice machine needing previously diagnosed start device. Upon arrival reconfirmed issue and installed part. Reassembled and tested ice machine. Found unit produce ice as designed and informed customer to give unit 24 hrs to fill bin. Call complete

"Arrived on site to diagnose ice machine not producing any ice. On arrival bin was empty. Ran through diagnostic cycle and all seemed fine. Ran a normal cycle and found the compressor kicks on when the start device attempts to start it, but doesn't stay running when the start shuts off. Compressor sounds healthy, but won't stay on. Issue is likely a bad start device. Ordering a start relay and control to repair. If this does not resolve, unit will need a compressor replacement. ordrng 1 WP2217224 (Start Device) and 1 W11034363 (Control)"

"Arrived on site for a wall oven microwave combo that is resetting itself and showing a power outage every 30 minutes. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised they can clear the code and be able to use the machine but if it does it in the middle of a cooking cycle, the unit will turn itself off. They did advise that the light does come on when they open the door. Ran the unit through diagnostics and found an F6 E0 (oven user interface lost connection) error code. Tested continuity on the wire harness between the control and the user interface and found proper continuity. Per the tech sheet, advise the customer of the issue would most likely be with their user interface but did explain that their control may be causing the problem. The customer is aware that if the control is needed, that would be an additional fee. Replaced the User Interface control panel and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed. Call complete."
