Arrived on site to install previously diagnose depart. Inspected unit and work area. I replaced the capacitor and tested the unit. Found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete.

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has a dented door. Inspected unit and work area. I did confirm the customers complaint and found a dent on the right hand side of the refrigerator door. Went to go replace the door and after installing the door, the customer noticed, a dent up on the upper corner of the door, making it look like the door was not closing. I did confirm the customer complaint and found the unit door had been damaged in the box. Im re-ordering the door and the office will need to contact the customer about a return date due to an out of stock and PSP item.; ordrng 1 W11390070 (FF door)"

"Arrived on site for a dryer that is not heating. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit does heat, but that it doesnt seem to heat as hot as her previous dryer. She advised that the cycles to finish but unless if shes running the unit on a high heat cycle, the unit sometimes does not fully dry her clothes on every load. I checked the dryer and didnt find the dryer, tumbling and heating. I took a temperature reading at the back exhaust of the dryer and found the temperature fluctuating between, 105 and 160?F. I did explain to the customer that the unit is working and operating as designed. I did advise the customer to get away from her Springsteel vent, which may be causing certain issues with dry performance. The unit is working and operating as design. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is flashing an F2 E3(UI/ACU mismatch) error code. Inspected unit and work area. I did confirm the customers complaint in diagnostics and replaced the control. I tested the unit and found that the motor would not turn, but would make a buzzing noise, indicating a failed capacitor. Ordering the capacitor, motor, and lower harness just in case and rescheduled the customer to 4/1. The customer is requesting sooner service.; ordrng 1 W11643701 (Lower Harness) and 1 W11026785 (Motor) and 1 W11395618 (Capacitor)"
