The customer stated that do you noticed they could hear water at the bottom of the basket after each cycle, and even when they run a drain and spin on the unit, they can spin the basket and hear water. I did advise the customer that this is normal operation due to water in the tub ring on top of their basket as well as small amounts of water in the tub after the cycle ends. I did explain that this is normal operation and found the unit unlevel. I leveled out the unit and ran the unit through diagnostics. I found no stored error codes.
