"Arrived on-site for a washing machine that continually drains and won't advance. Inspect a unit and the work area. The customer stated that the machine just continually drains and will not advance through any portion of the cycle. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found F1 E1 (main control failure), F9 E1 (long drain), and F3 E1 (pressure system fault) error codes. I checked the pressure hose and did not find any kinks or debris inside of it, causing an issue. I replaced the control and calibrated the unit. I ran the unit through an auto test, testing all aspects of the machine, and found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. W11603810."

Arrive downside for an ice machine that is making ice but is not keeping ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit started making really thin shavings of ice and then would not hold the ice in the container. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found very little water flow coming into the reservoir. I removed the filter and found water pressure restored back to its original flow rate. I asked the customer when they had replaced their filter last and found that the last time was before Chirstmas. I went ahead and replaced the inlet valve and tested the unit. I found all other portions of the machine working and operating as designed. I advised the customer to change out the filter once every two to three months just to ensure they have no further issues. I ran the unit through a max ice cycle and found the unit begin to work and operate as designed. Call complete. W10897719.
