Replaced the compressor, access valve, dryer, evaporator, and filter housing and charge the unit up with 125 psi of nitrogen. Found pressures hold for 30 minutes. Vacuumed down the unit to -31 psi and found pressures hold for another 15 minutes. Charged the unit up with refrigerant and found the unit cooling as designed. Call complete."

The customer advised that no matter what cycle they put it on either timed or otherwise, the unit will dry the clothes but the timer does not advance. "Arrived on site for a refrigerator that has a broken Molean rail. Inspected unit and work area. Did confirm the customers complain and found at the mall in real had been completely worn to a point where it wasnt even engaging in the top cabinet. Found the unit on level and advise the customer that we would need to replace both the Montreal and level out the unit to ensure that the new Molly and did not have any further issues. The customer agreed to the repair. Replaced the mullion and re-leveled the unit. Tested the unit and the unit began to work as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that is leaking out of the back. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit was leaking after they ran a comforter and quilt inside of the washroom. He did advise that the unit went off balance and leaked pretty heavily. Took off the back panel and did find water residue seemingly coming from the vent at the top. Ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed with no leaks present during operation. The customer and I went ahead and ran a quick wash cycle for 20 minutes and found the unit running through every single portion of the wash cycle without leaking as well. I did advise the customer it is possible that because the unit went so far off-balance, when it was spinning it may have shot water through the vent and caused the leak. The customer advised that was probably the situation as well just because we could not replicate any failures running through all the testing. The unit is working as designed. Call complete."

"Arrived on site for a refrigerator that is still not making ice. Inspected unit and work area. Confirm the customers complaint and checked temperatures in the fridge and freezer sections. Found the refrigerator at 38?F and the freezer at 20?F. Due to sealed system repair done or year and a half ago, took pressures on the Unit and found the high side at 105 psi in the low side at -10 psi. Check for die around the unit and could not find any dye anywhere. Went ahead and charged the unit and tested pressures. Found the refrigerator showing 140 psi on the high side and zero psi on the low side. Advised the customer to keep an eye on the unit and call back if ice production stops again. If customer calls back, customer will need sealed system repair. Call complete."
