"Arrived on site for an ice machine model KUIX535HPA01 with ice melting in the bin. Customer reported the unit made ice but suddenly stopped, though it appeared to try refilling. Ran diagnostics and found adequate water entering the reservoir but noticed a leak from the reservoir cap. Tightened the cap, stopping the leak. Tested the unit through an ice-making cycle, confirming all other components operated as designed. Advised the customer that the loose cap likely caused water loss, preventing ice production. The unit now functions per manufacturer specifications. Call complete. No parts installed. NO WATER LEAKS OBSERVED DURING SERVICE."

"Arrived on site for washing machine model WTW4957PW0 not completing cycles. Inspected unit and work area. Found machine stuck flashing final spin light with lid locked. Customer confirmed this matched last cycle; previous service (three visits) advised against canceling to preserve errors, but explained control board stores up to four codes unless cleared in diagnostics. Ran diagnostics: no stored error codes. Performed auto test: all functions operated as designed. Checked suspension and basket: both good condition, basket secured to drive shaft. Inspected underside: cam slightly worn from belt, but no oil leaks or gearcase shaft drops. Customer noted prior control board replacements (twice) worked briefly. Consulted GC: possible wrong board installed previously; ordered correct control W11608056 due to all else functioning properly. "Arrived on-site for a washing machine that continually drains and won't advance. Inspect a unit and the work area. The customer stated that the machine just continually drains and will not advance through any portion of the cycle. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found F1 E1 (main control failure), F9 E1 (long drain), and F3 E1 (pressure system fault) error codes. I checked the pressure hose and did not find any kinks or debris inside of it, causing an issue. I replaced the control and calibrated the unit. I ran the unit through an auto test, testing all aspects of the machine, and found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. W11603810."

Arrive downside for an ice machine that is making ice but is not keeping ice. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit started making really thin shavings of ice and then would not hold the ice in the container. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found very little water flow coming into the reservoir. I removed the filter and found water pressure restored back to its original flow rate. I asked the customer when they had replaced their filter last and found that the last time was before Chirstmas. I went ahead and replaced the inlet valve and tested the unit. I found all other portions of the machine working and operating as designed. I advised the customer to change out the filter once every two to three months just to ensure they have no further issues. I ran the unit through a max ice cycle and found the unit begin to work and operate as designed. Call complete. W10897719.

Arrived on site for a freezer. That is not cooling. Inspected unit and work area. Customer advised that the unit just stopped cooling altogether after they put in some meat. She advised that none of the fans or the compressor were running and she didnt know exactly what happened. I gained access to the interior of the freezer and found the cooling had been turned off. I turned the unit on and gave access to the compressor. I found the compressor pulling .945 A and found the unit cooling. I did advise the customer that it appeared to be that she turned the cooling off at some point. The customer was unaware of how to turn the cooling off or on. I showed the customer how to do that and advised the customer to keep an on the unit case if any other issues persist. I asked the customer if she usually keeps the unit inside and she advised that she keeps it in the shed that is not air-conditioned. I did explain to the customer that the freezer will need to be in an ambient temperature between 60 and 90? per the manufacturers recommendations. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed.
