"Arrived on site to inspect washer noises. Upon further inspection, the customer provided a video of the noise and i found, from the video, that while the unit is agitating, the washplate/agitator barely move and the clothes don't move. I placed the unit in diagnostics showing error code F0E3-overload. I cleared the code and continued with testing and while testing, I could hear any abnormal popping noise during agitate and spin. Once testing was completed, I tilted the unit back and gained access to the slider and clutch and found both worn (photos). I advised the customer of my findings and contacted techline and spoke to Boyd. I advised of the previous repairs, SR number, and my findings. Boyd provided a text to my cell phone and I provided photos of my findings with the slider and clutch. Boyd recommended replacing both parts and if there is play in the gearcase, to repalce it as well. Boyd documented my findings onto the same SR#7740967700. I am ordering the clutch AND CNOTE-LSO PER CUSTOMER REQUEST and scheduled return service for 03/19/25 (KC) PM call. "Arrived on site for dishwasher leaking. Customer dees bubbles and water from the bottom. They have only used twice and both times it leaked. Also the bottom panel does not stay in place. Ran diagnostics and found no errors. All components working, removed door and found soap bubbles coming from under door. Tub is full of bubbles. Took several fill and drains for water to go back to normal. Unit working as designed. Advised cusfomer on soap usage. Bottom is missing retainer. Reset for Mon am, ; ordrng 1 WPW10503548 (Retainer clip.) and 1 WPW10503548 (Retainer)"

"Arrived on site to inspect dishwasher not powering on, upon further inpsection, I found that the breaker was tripped. I found that the heater was faulty and could be the possible cause of the breaker tripping but also found that the outlet socket orientation is not allowing the disposal and dishwasher to both be plugged in fully at the same time. "Arrived on site to diagnose dishwasher with loose door handle. Examined unit and found handle disnt seem too loose, but was informed by Bryce that the screws on the door were loose. Removed handle and found the handle nuts loose. Tightened them down and confirmed proper function. Unit working as designed. Call completed."

"Arrived on site to ins9sct refrigerator noises coming from the ice maker. Upon further inspection, the customer advised they hear the noise just before they hear the valve come on. I placed the unit in diagnostics and tested the ice maker in test 44 and when the ice maker tray began to twist, it began to make a loud groaning noise. I gained access to the ice maker and removed and replaced the ice maker and retested and unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W10873791"
