"Arrived on site to diagnose refrigerator WRS315SDHW06 that has a reported cooling issue in FC. Examined unit and took temps. I found the FC at 1.5 degrees. Compressor is not running all the time, and temps are good. Only issue customer had experienced was slightly soft ice cream. Job had been here prior and heard a noise, which I identified as the sizzle of defrost water. Can not duplicate a cooling issue, unit is working as designed. No water leaks observed. Collected diagnostic"

"Arrived on site for follow-up on refrigerator KRFF507HPS00 not cooling. Unit was cool but not cold; freezer was close to freezing but not fully. Pressures read -8/10, 125. Discharged system, vacuumed downnoting excessive popping suggesting minor restriction. Ran vacuum for 20 minutes. Checked for refrigerant leaks with UV light; none found. Charged to spec. Plugged in unit and verified proper operation with cold production. Repair completed. NO WATER LEAKS OBSERVED DURING SERVICE."

Arrived onsite for intermittent wash functi9nnand ongoing f9e1 drain error. F7e1 and no wash motor function while onsite. Quoted for inlet water assembly to repair the phantom f9 error. As well as a new sump and motor assembly. 743.92 after taxes minus the service fee as the unit has continued to have the originally diagnosed issues. "Arrived on site for oven still tripping the breaker. 3rd visit for this issue, Removed oven from wall. Verified voltage at 248, 124 from each side to C and each side to G. G- C=0v. No issues with wiring or shorts found. Replaced bake and broil elements. Replaced main control. Started bake and checked amp draw had 12 amps, then 16 for broil. Breaker tripped. Would not reset. Removed ground screw and reset. Preheated oven to 450. Called tech support. At 330 i put back the ground screws. Unit continued to preheat to temp and is working at this time. Case 21401161. Was transferred to safety. Safety has documented. Case 21352161"

Arrived on site to follow up on washer WTW4816FW3 with gearcase play. Removed old gearcase and replaced with new gearcase W11454741. Calibrated unit and tested with load. Verified noise is gone and unit is working as designed. Confirmed NO WATER LEAKS found at service completion.
