"WOC54EC0HS04 Arrived to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. I removed and replaced the magnetron, inverter and interlock Assy. I installed shims to prevent front vent contact with the cabinet and tested. The machine regained all normal functions and heated as designed."

"WOC54EC0HS04 Arrived to inspect microwave inverter issue. I verified the machine would give the inverter error and would not heat. The front lower vent was fully resting in the cabinetry and causing the upper outer sides to less inward, causing the interlock switches to malfunction and eventually damaging the inverter. Office to order interlocks and set service for two hours. Returning technician will need to install shims to correct installation position. ; ordrng 1 W11033422 (Interlock) and 1 Twohrs (Two hour service)"

Arrived onsite for Ice Machine not producing ice. On inspection the water stream was very weak. Gain access to the valve and found that it the motor was very hot to the touch. Installed a new inlet valve and now the stream is normal. The unit made a slab during service that was normal size. The Ice Machine is operating as design and no water leaks detected during service. "Arrived onsite for washer not dispensing water during sensing mode. I looked for error message found none, ran diagnostics and it finished with no issues. Ran the unit in consumer mode still had no issues. Listening to customer it sound like it was having an issue with determining the weight of the clothes. Gain access to the control board and cleared the pressure sensor hose and installed a new controller on the unit. Customer said it happens 3 out of 5 times that it will not dispense water. ; O-emld tckt"

"WRS325SDHZ04 Arrvied to complete sealed system repair. I installed the pre-cooler and removed and replaced the compressor. Charging after vacuuming, the unit resumed all normal function and cooled as designed. No leaks observed during service."
