Arrived on site for a washing machine that is not draining and is flashing an F9 E1 (long drain) error code. Inspected unit and work area. I found the machine still had water in the drum and removed the excess water. I gained access to the drain filter and found a clog of dog hair stuck in the drain pump filter. I removed the obstruction and went to test the machine. I found the unit stuck in a drain and would not advance, throwing an F9 E1 error before turning off. I gained access to the pressure hose and found it in good condition. I blew through the pressure hose and did not find any kinks or debris inside of it. I replaced the pressure switch W11316246 and tested the unit. I still had the same issue. I replaced the main control W11550453 and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service after running a quick wash for 10 minutes. The unit is working ajd operating as designed. Call complete.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed part on an ice machine model KUIX535HPS02. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit has been making ice like crazy, but they are still having water leaking out of the reservoir. I replaced the reservoir drain pump W11542868 and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.

WRX986SIHZ00 Arrived on site for a refrigerator leaking water and lights not working. On arrival, the client stated that the icemaker was making nosies and the water was coming from the icemaker compartment. I ran diagnostic on the icemaker and found error code e5 timed icemaker. Also the lights come on then off from time to time. I replaced the icemaker ,ui control, and control board. Then I ran a test on the icemaker on water fill test product is working as its designed no water leaks visible from the main water supply. Lights stayed on .

MED4500MW0 Arrived on site for a dryer making nosies. On arrival, I verified nosies. Further inspection I found a screw inside the dryer, making the vibrating nosies. Product is working as its designed no parts used.

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed parts on a washing machine model GHW9300PW4. Inspected unit and work area. I replaced the door gasket WP8182119, inner drain hose WPW10003250, and drain hose connector W11757170 and tested the unit. I ran the unit through a 20-minute rinse and spin and found the machine working and operating as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.

WDP540HAMZ4 Arrived on site for a dishwasher lights out bo power. On arrival, I verified the issue with no power. Further inspection I found the dishwasher had a loose connection to the wireharness. I tightened it back on and then tested the product is working as its designed no parts used no water leaks visible from the main water supply.

Ill arrived on site for a washing machine that has a tear in the gasket and is still leaking. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the new door gasket that was installed appeared to be leaking within a few washes, and they are also noticing water leaking out of the back right corner of the washing machine. I confirmed both of the customers complaints and found water residue traveling down the inner drain hose onto the base of the machine. I went to replace the door gasket and found the new one sent with me was damaged in the box. I spoke to JC and was advised to order the inner drain hose and connector with the door gasket. Ordering all parts and rescheduled the customer to 5/4.; ordrng 1 WPW10003250 (Inner drain hose) and 1 W11757170 (Drain hose connector) and 1 WP8182119 (Door gasket)

Arrived on site for a washing machine model MVW6230HW4 that wont drain and is flashing an error code. The customer stated that the machine does drain, but it doesnt seem to stop draining. They advised that it keeps running and cancels their cycles. I found the machine empty of water and gained access to the control. I checked resistance on the drain pump and found it within range. I checked the wire harness and found no damage or abnormalities with the harness. I removed the pressure hose off the control and tried blowing through the hose. I found a restriction and found the pressure tube was installed improperly from the factory. I realigned the hose to its proper location and blew through the hose again. I found it was better but still having a hard time pushing for through the pressure dome. I removed the basket and found the pressure dome almost completely obstructed by excess plastic from the tub. I removed the plastic and blew through the pressure hose again. I found airflow properly moving. I plugged in the machine and found the unit immediately started draining. I removed the pressure hose and still found the machine wouldnt stop draining and began to flash an F3 E1 (pressure system fault) error code. I replaced the control W11771772 and tested the unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.
