Arrived on site for ice machine not making ice. On arrivA confirmed failure and during tests I found water falling over evap plate was flowing off to the right and left and not covering the center of plate along with allowing the water to bypass the return for water to go back into tank. Found evap plate wasnt smoothed out and after smoothing out the surface I found ice forming and falling onto and through grid as designed. No leaks present and customer requested filter part# F2WC9I1 so they could go by one. Call complete

On arrival verified complaint if unit not heating and continuous running. Verified voltage and polarity. Found timer is not stopping cycle no matter what setting is used. Replaced timer. Further inspection found heating element is broken on its windings. Replaced heating element. Ran time dry cycle and unit is now functioning correctly. Job complete installed w10857612 and 279838

On arrival verified compaint of not finsing cycle. Ran diag and found error code f3e1. Replaced pressure switch and unit still drains constantl Needs main control. Ordering main control. W11201273 reschedule for 10/28; ordrng 1 W11201273 (Main control)

Customer complaint knows are to easy to turn when bumping into them. Advised knobs are normal and no adjustment available. Job complete no parts installed. No gas leaks detected during service.

"Arrived on site for a washing machine that wont lock the lid. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that when she first bought it, the unit would lock the lady soon as she started the cycle but that it is not doing that now. I tested the unit and found the unit go into the sensing portion of the cycle. I found it to spin one time, lock the lid, and then continue forward with the cycle. I ran the unit through an auto test and the unit ran as designed. I did advise the customer that that is normal operation on this washer and tested multiple cycles at least seven times. I ran the unit through diagnostics and did not find any stored error codes. The customer attempted to run a cycle and we found the unit working and operating as designed. I did advise the customer that I could not see anything wrong with the washer itself and that the way that it is starting is how it generally will run each and every cycle. The unit is working and operating as designed. Call complete. No parts were installed"
