I arrived on site for a nice machine that won't make ice. Inspect the unit and work area. So i'm taking from the customer's complaint and found the recirculation pump finding enough water inside of the reservoir when the reservoir was only a quarter filled. I did find proper water flow coming through the unit. I went ahead and replaced the recirculation pump and tested the unit. I found the unit working and operating as designed. Call complete. "I wrapped on site for an ice machine that is leaking. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised the unit was leaking water from the front of the machine. I tested the unit and found a small leak coming from one of the quick connects on the valve. I attempted to fix the connections, but found water is still dripping from the valve. I replaced the valve and tested the unit again. The unit was able to go through a clean cycle and do a full batch of ice and starting another without leaking.
