Inspected the unit and found it full of ice, between cycles. Turned off the machine and ran diagnostics; all components operated as designed with no unusual sounds. Noticed that when the external drain pump kicked on, air bubbles in the drain created a normal gurgling sound. Advised customer this is typical during draining as air gets pulled in, especially near a garbage disposal. Watched the unit start an ice-making cycle and confirmed normal operation with no leaks present during service. Call complete. No parts installed."

"Arrived on site for a washing machine model WFW5720RR0 that is making abnormalmsounds during spin. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised he had a video of the sound it makes and that it does it every cycle. I watched the video, which seemed to make a slight screeching noise when running at max spin but seemed to go away if the customer pushed on the side panel or front panel. I opened up the machine and ran the unit through diagnostics. I found no stored error codes. I did find the unit unlevel and adjusted the feet. I ran the unit through an auto test and found the machine working and operating as designed. I ran the unit through a quick wash with some towels and found the unit working and operating as designed with no abnormal sounds present. I watched the machine go through a high-speed spin without making any noises. I spoke to GC and was advised that based on the video, it may have been a leveling issue where something was rubbing because the unit wasn't level. He advised me to make no further repair at this time. I advised the custo,er to keep an eye on the unit and to call back if any other issues persist. Call complete. No parts were installed, and no leaks were present during service."

"Arrived on site for an electric range model KSES330SPS0 that is getting hot when in use. Inspected unit and work area. The customer explained that the front control panel gets hit after running the oven for more than an hour, and she was concerned it would affect the control. She also stated that she still smells the burn off smell from fresh elements when they're first used. She said that it has slowly been less noticeable, but it's still there. I tested the oven and found the door sealing properly. I found no air leaks that would cause any abnormal heat going to the control panel. I tested all burners and found all working properly. I called Whirlpool Techline and spoke to Nate SR # 22211198. He advised the customers temperatures reached is normal operation and to have ,enshow the custo,er the temperature limits of the machine. He advised to make no repair at this time. Call complete. No parts were installed."

Arrived on site for washer not staying balanced. On arrival confirmed issue and found front shocks rods bad and not flexing the way the back ones did. I replaced all 4 shocks with w11316766 and tested unit with towels and found washer working as designed. Call complete
