Arrived on site for unit not drying correctly. Upon arrival ran vent test and is good. found out customer was using eco boost to dry. Instructed customer that using eco boost uses less heat and tumbles for a longer period. Test unit with clothes not using eco boost. Unit is operating as designed . Job complete

Arrived on site to diagnose a griddle that is not heating. Found L2 not closing in infinite switch and it will need to be replaced to complete repairs. Office to set return appointment. ; ordrng 1 W11095650 (Switch)

"Arrived onsite for SAFTEY griddle Arced from griddle to knob and smoked. Upon arrival unit is disconnected from cabinet and on table. Inspected unit and found black wire to element is not connected and grounded out to housing. Contacted SAFTEY Team with findings. SAFTEY Said to proceed with repairs under warranty. Ref # 7735720189. Need to order harness, infinity switch and terminal block. Office to reschedule ; ordrng 1 W11095650 (Infinity switch) and 1 W11092674 (Terminal block) and 1 W11043383 (Harness)"

Arrived onsite for leaking. Upon arrival test unit. Unit fill hand holds water correctly. Drained unit and unit drains correctly. Can hear water sound like backing up in stand pipe but does not. Found water leaking from wall near stand pipe. Uploaded picture to SD. Unit is operating as designed. Unit is not leaking. Job complete
