Charged per spec and tested. Unit is functioning. Advised customer to give 24-48hrs prior to loading and allow temperature to stabilize. Job complete"

Arrived on site for fridge making a loud noise. Could not duplicate problem customer stated issue is intermittent. Customer also stated fridge and freezer doors have been left open for extended periods of time by family members. Now that doors have been closed for 24 hrs noise has gone away. Customer will monitor and take videos if issues happens again

"ASI2575GRS08 Arrived on site for unit making loud noise. Upon arrival, customer presented video recording of noise and sounds like fan blade hitting ice. Proceeded to remove evap cover and found ice buildup from ice maker fill tube dripping (picture attached). Cleared all ice buildup and inserted tubing inside fill tube entry point. Re tested multiple occasions and found no leaks. Unit is functioning as designed. No parts replaced"
