"Arrived on site to test unit for constant draining. Upon powering unit on drain pump kicked on and would not turn off. Inspected hose for any kinks or punctures, hose is good. Took resistance on the drain pump, reading 20 ohms. Replaced control (W11603810) and tested unit, unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

"Arrived on site to test unit for not cooling. Customer stated power pole got knocked down and they lost power, fridge stopped cooling after that. Cycled power found start device not engaging. Replaced start device (W11547180) and tested, compressor still did not engage. Found no voltage going to the start device. Replaced control (W11566851), turned unit on, compressor kicked on. Assembled unit, unit is now producing ideal frost pattern. Advised customer to place bottle of water inside the freezer, when its frozen solid unit will be ready to use. Unit is now running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."

This indicates unit needs a new recirculating pump to fix issue. Replaced pump and tested, unit is now circulating water over evaporator plate and creating an ice sheet. Unit is running as designed, no leaks detected, job complete."
