arrived on site for a washing machine model MVW4505MW1 that is not lockng the lid or starting a new cycle. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit just completely stopped working and will not start any new cycles. I tested the unit and found water inside of the basket indicating a draining issue. I checked underneath and found the wire harness broken, causing the issue. I replaced the wire harness W11643701 and tested rhe unit. The unit began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete.

Arrived on site for a washing machine model MVWP575GW1 that is not spinning out properly. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised that the unit will make it through the wash cycle for the most part, but it will not spin out and make some weird noise. I ran the unit through diagnostics and found no stored error codes. I ran the unit through a diagnostic test and found the motor trying to spin the basket, but the basket skipping on the drive shaft. I checked the suspension and found the suspension was good but found the basket wobbling on the drive shaft, indicating a hub assembly issue. I gained access to the hub assembly and found it stripped, causing the issue. I replaced the hub assembly from truck stock W10528947 and tested the unit. The unit it began to work and operate as designed with no leaks present during service. Call complete. ; used 1 W10528947 (Hub assembly) from stock

Arrived on site for a washing machine model MVWP575GW0 that is not spinning out clothes. Inspected unit and work area. The customer advised certain loads come out really wet and wont complete. I ran the unit it through diagnostics and found an F7 E1 (basket speed fault) error code. I tested the washer in a diagnostic cycle. I found when it went to spin, the basket was skipping and not spinning properly. I gained access to the hub assembly and found it stripped. I replaced the hub assembly W10528947 and tested the unit. "Arrive on site for a microwave that has no power. Inspected unit and work area. I did confirm the customer's complaint and gained access internally. I found the thermal fuse blown and checked door switches. I found the lower interlock assembly wobbling. When the door was closed, potentially, causing all the switches not to be engaged or disengaged properly at the same time.
