WVW53UC6LS0 Arrived to inspect damage. I verified the pre were scratches that could be seen in the correct light and at the correct angle. I removed and replaced the chimney and verified no additional damage had occurred to the replacement.

"WDF332PAMS0 Arrived to inspect leak. Discussion with the customer revealed that after approximately 10 minutes, the leak would show up at the left side of the machine, on the floor. Opening the door panel, I found the vent seal was rolled over. Due to a damaged part of the seal, I replaced the vent assembly and tested. I could not recreate the leak and the machine operated as designed."

Arrived onsite for lighting issue following bulb replacement and repaired unit by replacing the microwave control. Unit is now operating as designed. Found lighting circuit had burned on control. W11545876

"Arrived on site to diagnose unlevel door issue. Examined unit and found FC door was sitting an angle. Examined unit with door off and shelves out, and found roller gears out of sync. Adjusted and found left side still won't go fully into the cabinet. Checked track and found a screw sticking out. Reseated screw and reassembled. Found door closing as designed. No parts needed. Call completed."

"Arrived on site to follow up on unit throwing F3E2 errors. Replaced lower harness and heater / sensor to resolve. Started 2 different cycles to confirm no further issues. Tried how and cold and bother progressed normally. Unit working as designed. Customer strongly advised to run affresh, several cycles worth, to clear out the gunk buildup that is on the bottom of the tub that had covered the sensor. Parts used - W11557918, W11314664."
