Arrived on site to inspect ics machine KUIX335HPS02 not making ice. Upon further inspection, I found the unit warm and the bin empty. The unit was in the process of making ice and I found a portion of the previous slab hanging down from the evaporator onto the grid cutter. I felt the water and it was very cold and I found frost on the tubing under the evap. I found build up on the end of the evaporator where the ice exits onto the cutter. I removed the cutter to get access to the evap and cleaned the debris from the evap. Also found some of the welds on the evap needing to be sanded down as they werent properly sanded previously . Using a piece of fine grit sandpaper, I removed the debris and sanded the welds on the evap. Tested the unit and foundnthe slab of ice continues to stick to the evaporator. I advised the customer of my findings and am ordering the compressor, evaporator, access valve, and non-UV drier, along with CNOTE-3 HOUR JOB. Unit was left turned off for safety and office to schedule return service.; ordrng 1 W11748089 (Evaporator) and 1 W11735041 (Compressor) and 1 W11506635 (Access valve) and 1 W10843121 (Non-UV drier) and 1 CNOTE (3 HOUR JOB)

Arrived on site to install previously diagnosed and ordered parts. Due to the FC drawer slides failures and FC door switch and module failures, I removed and replaced the drawer slides, light module and switch and cleaned the frost off of the drawers. Once I had the FC reassembled, I placed grease on the rails of the upper basket and lower tub to allow the basket to slide easily and applied silicone to the gap in between the chassis and liner. I inspected the RC rail mullion and found no condensation built up since I turned on the Humidity Control during previous service call. I leveled the unit and tested operations and the FC drawer is opening/closing with ease and the unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. Arrived on site to inspect washer WTW4816FW3 not getting any water in apartment 1501. Upon further inspection, I placed the unit in diagnostics and immediately the drain pump turned on. Following the service pointer W11766193, I took a photo of the old control serial number (W11578565H331735D9IFG) and removed and replaced the main control and took a photo of the new control serial number (W11130856K602823966D). I calibrated the unit then tested in diagnostics and found the hot water valve at the wall was turned off and turned it on and retested. The unit is operating as designed. No water leaks observed during service, job completed. W11603810
