"Unit in apartment 2106. Arrived onsite for unit making noise. On arrival unit was not making any unusual noises. Spoke to tenant and found noise to be intermittent. Different lengths of duration, different times of day, sometimes stops when door is open etc. Called techline for assistance as unit has repeat visits but can not duplicate. Spoke to Lakie SR#7741582613. Tech stated we cannot 'throwparts' and guess especially if the unit is functioning. May be a functional noise. No reports of unit not cooling or not functioning, only noise. We will need more info or videos of a failure to occur in order to revisit. As of now unit is functioning properly. Job complete"

Arrived on site to test unit. Advised customer about unit being out of warranty and he said it should be in warranty. I got with claims and they couldnt find anything. Customer called builder and he will try to see what happened and get try to get the unit in warranty.

Arrived onwite for lost production over the past weekend. Foundnice cube lodged between the icemaker body and the level arm. Cleared ice obstruction and normal function resumed. All checks good. Discussed findings and history with customer. No parts.

"Arrived onsite for unit with cycle interrupting giving F8E4 error. 8/4 floatswitch and F1/E5 ACU failure . Ran test and confirmed unit is leaking however not clear from where. Need help identifying water components to order, for example, pump and motor assembly, valve etc. Setup is not ideal for testing. Maintenance may relocate unit for better accessibility. Getting with service team for parts. Also requesting 2 hrs. Left unit unplugged and advised tenet not to use. ; O-emld tckt"

Arrived on site to test unit for unit tripping breaker. Test unit and found bake element still had old element. Ordering new element per service pointer. Rescheduled for 5/22 ; ordrng 1 W11182108 (Bake element)
