"Arrived on site to inspect refrigerator not cooling. Upon further inspection, I took temperatures in the RC and FC and measured 3-FC and 34-RC. No signs of frost build up or defrost issues and fans are working fine. Ice production is solid. The unit is operating as designed and no issues found. No water leaks observed during service. Arrived onsite and found unit with a backflow vibration problem for restricted duct outlet. Installed dampner under the motor mount. Unit is now operating as designed. Advised customer to have the duct opened for optimization and back pressure relief. No parts used.
