"Arrived on site for not operating. Upon arrival, ran diagnostics and there are no saved error codes. Customer states that there is some knocking noise, and clothes a little wet than normal. Found unit has a defective basket. Removed for inspection. All,holes seem to be punctured but there are too many holes that are on small. Ordering basket and washplate. "Arrived on site for unit not cooling. Upon arrival customer stated that unit is in warranty. However, dispatch shows out of warranty. Confirmed with claims department that unit warranty has expired as of December 2023. Notified customer and customer declined services. She will contact supplier to see if, they will cover anything"

Arrived onsite for unit not filling with water. Customer stated the dishes would be dirty and the pod would be left on the base unresolved. Ran diagnostics and found no stored error codes. Ran test cycle and all passed. Ran normal cycle and unit is functioning as designed. Could not duplicate issues. Customer will monitor. Job complete No parts installed

"Arrived on site for unit intermittently tripping breaker. On arrival customer stated that at random and not during every use the unit or tripped the circuit breaker. Ran a test at 350?. Unit preheated and cycled properly without issue. Ran test at 450? and again unit preheated and cycled without issue . Notified customer that had the unit been faulty. The issue would have presented itself during the testing. Ran unit at proper temperature to illuminate the possibility of any built-up moisture in the elements. Causing the unit to trip. Called tech line for assistance. Text stated without duplicating the issue And no faults at this time recommended that the breaker be inspected by the builder. Recommend that the builder replace the current manufacture breaker with a better quality, GFCI breaker, for example, GE GFCI breakers have been shown to have less of a nuisance, tripping issue .Arron SR#7738975379. customer will notify number. Arrived on site to inspect unit for not heating found l1 coming into coils had 120 out to ground. Also found igniter ohming at 75. Checked outage from neutral from motor when checking found molex neutral was loose causing improper connection. Properly seated molex connection on motor. Unit is now heating and running as intended. No leaks present at this time. Job complete. NO PARTS USED.
