Proceeded to enter diagnostics and has no stored errors. Ran an overall checkup and found no issues. Suspension was good. Request for customer to run a consumer cycle and it passed the second time. First attempt, 1 pair of jeans and 1 pair of khakis was on one side before the spin cycle so unit detected unit is off balanced. Re distributed clothes and re ran and it passed. Unit is now functioning as designed. No water leaks detected at this time. No parts replaced"
