Arrived on site to test unit for manifold pulling out when you pull the top rack out. Found clips not secured correctly. Secured clips to manifold test unit and unit test good job complete.

Arrived onsite for unit not functioning properly. Upon arrival inspected unit. Ran unit and unit is functioning properly. Unit heating and running normal. No odors found. Could not duplicate any issues. Customer will monitor.

Arrived on site for fresh food not cooling . Found FZ evap cover in frost . Found unit is not going into defrost mode . Cleared evap of frost . Heater tested normal. Replaced conrtol and thermistor . Re ran diagnostics. Heater is coming on . Job complete
